Historic building with beautiful architecture, kids would love it. Tons of books and comfortable seating areas. There's no bathroom open to the public, so you need to go to a nearby cafe.

Too small for Adults. Upper floor is not for those, age 19 and above . Beautiful, black stoned staircase. You may only climb to seek items, but not to sit-down.

I love libraries ! In this library you can find at view a good collection of DVDs and also not bad cooking books . Staff is friendly and the building is also nice.

clean, some seating and computers, and usually quick service at the desk! desk folks aren't super friendly, but it's a convenient location and you can get any book in the nypl system delivered there for pick up.

Muhlenberg is a good library, with conscientious librarians and support staff, tons of media, working PCs, and a dedication to serving the WHOLE community--even on rainy days!!

Place is usually full. People like to read!

Place is a joke. Overrun by homeless people. I'm empathetic towards homeless people but when you've got them falling asleep at your table, giving off an extremely bad body odour it's tough. Avoid this shitehole at all costs. Would give zero stars if I could.

I love it, the seating are very comfy to the point where I almost dosed off reading a book ahahaha, what a lovely library.

Friendly staff. Good selection of DVD and small selection of books, but you can order online and have them hold it for you here. Very convenient to subway. Generally clean and quiet. Needs more tables with outlets for computers.

Staff are great but it's not a very quiet place to work - a lot of people cause a ruckus on a frequent basis and are kicked out by security. Would not suggest coming here for peace and quiet.

No public computers at this location. Limited selection of books and materials. One dirty bathroom. Never coming here again.

The library has very limited amount of tables to work at and no outlets for any portable devices. How can someone work on their laptop with no outlets near to charge in case it dies. Horrible never going back

Greatr story time for little folks and fun activities for school kids, too. I like that my kids enjoy going to the library. It's their favorite place to "hang out."

A small but resourceful library with many events and useful information for the neighborhood. The service has cut back in 2019. DVD collection is no longer available available at this branch. Also, surprised to see Chinese propaganda group Falun Gong's brochure is placed at library. Public resources should not be exploited by private political groups.

Definitely not bad. They have a smaller section of books and DVDs than I'm used to but what they do have is stellar.

Sorry to say on my last two visits, I had to leave after a few minutes. There are too many unclean homeless persons. Smelled so bad. I used to love going to this branch, but am very concerned with this situation.

Sort of feels like 90% of the people who work here actively hate you. Handy location to pick up books since the selection there isn't the biggest, but good lord, apart from like 2 positive interactions, it feels like the people working there absolutely want me dead. Not the most inviting atmosphere!

Nice library . I often visited this library to read some interesting book and every time i found great stuff To read The environment is also very quite and positive. and the place is very neat and clean. I like this place and would like to recommend to all the book lover.

Not the largest or the best place but has decent computers and books

Rude librarian. First time to library and ended upstairs because the downstairs was incredibly packed. It may be obvious that only teens are allowed upstairs, but to a first time visitor not being aware of the rules, definitely not a library I'd come back to.
