5 star for the kids section and 2 for the adult. Kids section (top floor) is remarkable both in terms of choice and (new) game area they have for toddlers and small kids. Don't come here though if you want to go to the adult section - I don't think I've ever seen such a tiny selection (just to give you an idea, the kids section is bigger....)

I should have read the reviews prior going to this library, and probably would be my last visit. Pros: If you live in the neighborhood its convenient location to pick up items you reserved online. Cons: Extremely rude staff. Also schedule that is posted on the website, really depends on the staff that is working that day. All in general, I would Not recommended this library

Rude and unfriendly staff. Today I was sitting at a table and was told to leave at 4:47 pm because they were closing. Meanwhile, just 2 minutes earlier at 4:45, a lady (who later laughed at me) had announced that the library would close in 15 minutes. I was not going to check out books or anything else that would take time. I was simply sitting down, using the library wi-fi to get something done on my phone. I told the man that the library doesn’t close until 5, and the woman working with him laughed at me. I decided to leave at that moment and the man said, “You can look at the clock to see what time it is, but bye byeeeee! It was 4:49. The time wasn’t even a big deal. I would’ve left at 4:47 (even though closing time is at 5), but the way the man spoke to me and the woman laughing at me were very rude.

Incompetent staff who can't even sign you up for a library card properly. Pitifully small collection in a dingy, dismal setting. Tax dollars hard at work.

Not a large library, but has an extremely helpful and friendly staff. I particularly love their classics section of books, which is never short of what you've always been meaning to read. Go in-person to check them out, as the classic literature section's inventory does not show up on the internet.

Unlike other branches that allow you to have 3 extensions on a laptop or computer when there are few people, this branch only allows one 45 minute time period with no extensions. When the librarian was informed that my laptop was broken and I needed more than that time, she was unmoved, claiming that the laptops had not been sufficiently charged. At present, no one is using a laptop here.

I strongly advise people to visit a different library if good customer service is important to you. If all you need is a book and you're open to borrowing ebooks/audiobooks, I would suggest that you download the app Libby.

How can a library be so loud?!!! It was unbelievable. My son wanted to sit and do his homework after school and it was like a party with singing, jumping and screaming in one of the rooms. And they kept the door open to disturb everyone too!

Wi_fi isnt good even thou its a peacful library to go to I just have problems connecting to the internet with there wifi
