Staff are friendly and helpful. The space is nice. Book recommendations helpful. It’s just sometimes hard t get on a computer or find a quiet work space. It’s relatively small, so the selection is limited; most often I am picking up holds coming from other branches. But overall, a neighborhood treasure.

I do not recommend this library at all. I spent the entire time swatting flies, FLIES! I visited this library twice this week and I have to say this place is old, worn down and dirty. I mean the first/ main floor is swarming with flies and the upholstery is all ripped. I mean how can anyone relax in this place with the amount of flies and noise throughout the building. The staff is continuously having the shish the clients down which ends up distributing everyone else. I get that you can't completely control the clients' behavior but god damn, what's the point of coming here if you can't relax or get your work done in peace. This place ends a renovation!

Although there are three libraries within walking distance, this branch seems to have better access to newly released novels ... but it’s really about the staff. Cordial, patient and knowledgeable. You know, like Librarians should be.

The children’s floor is a sad place bc none of the workers seem to actually like children. They seem to awkwardly hover over you until they get there opportunity to yell at you for your children's behaviour even when A. You've already taken care of it as the parent and B. What they were doing was not something other children were not already doing. Its sad really. The girl that restocks books is pleasant but all the others are fairly grumpy and assume the worst when you enter. Storytime is led by a worker that seems shy and uncomfortable leading a group. Why in one of the greatest cities on earth can we not find workers that like children? I know plenty are out there. Please hire some and let a love of reading and books take root in our little ones, our future generations.
