You must have seen that it reaches an feddbacks average is positive, and it's founded on a very large number of feddbacks, so we may be pretty sure that the assessment is very reliable. If there are many people who bothered to value when they are pleased with the business, it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to set evaluations when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

A bit sketchy but great place
Staff's always friendly and helpful, but Main is overrun with indigents who are noisy and don't follow rules. Both staff and security tolerate this. If you've a choice, go to another library!
Staff is wonderful and helpful!
Free WiFi, but quite a few homeless sitting around , but the library is nice otherwise
A lot of homeless hang out here but otherwise a good library.
If I ever get bored I know just the place to go, the library! It always fills me with more ideas for things to do I usually have months of ideas to do. Maybe I'm old fashioned but these smart phones have made us dumber, my new year resolution this year is to learn the important phone numbers & to Google half as much!
It's an excellent library! Many resources and the staff is very helpful
This place has alot to offer .
It's dingy and crowded with some rather unsavory characters. I feel uncomfortable going to this branch. I've visited several of the other branch locations across the city and they are much nicer with a better selection. I'm not sure why they even have a juvenile section as there are never any children in this library. If I were a parent I wouldn't bring my child here either so I guess I can understand. Check the catalog online before visiting and if the material you are looking for can be found at any other location, do yourself and your senses a favor and get it anywhere else but here.
This place has alot to offer .
The wifi does not have a strong connection and it appears as though the carpet and chairs have not been updated since the 1970's. There is of course a large gathering of loud, obnoxious adults on cell phones as can be expected at any downtown library location throughout this country. There is no free parking at this location, which is disappointing given the state of this facility.
Very helpful staff
Best library in Albuquerque
''I love this place because you can do more than check out a book......RE: use computers , watch a movie , get legal advice and you can even rent DVD movies...!!''
Bunch of gross homeless people sleeping on the floor and watching YouTube. They will stare at you the entire time too.. this is what happens when liberals are in charge of a state.
Terrific collection, outstanding staff.
Not really a place to lay back. Lots of homeless. Kind of small .

I use the private study rooms for my photography, business calls and meetings but there are so many homeless there and they constantly are watching, washing clothes or the police are called due to misbehavior. On another note, there are many wonderful staff and thank goodness for security. There's a substantial amount of books, newspapers and magazines. During the rest of our visit in New Mexico we'll continue to use their library with the hopes things change so others can enjoy some study time.
This library is more like a hotel for homeless drug addicts. My first time visiting today and four people asked me for money and cigarettes... There was a couple on the far left side of the library literally using needles to do drugs and two homeless women practically bathing in the sinks in the bathroom.... What the ACTUAL F? Why don't they limit computer time to 30 minutes and cover all outlets so the homeless can't sit there and charge their phones while doing drugs? I have traveled across America, and have never encountered such a disgusting place. People passed out in the chairs.. blankets and pillows in the aisles and on the chairs.. I probably brought home bedbugs from being in such a nasty place. And the homeless should stop watching YouTube and maybe go pick up a book to gain some kind of education and get off the dang street. Ugh!!
Great library & Very helpful staff, also a good selection.
Spacious. Great little bookstore in lower level, 11am-4pm Mon-Sat with like-new books for $2 to $3. Good for gifts. Large bank of computers & I have never had to wait. Only downside is the main library has some homeless/street people in the area. I've always found everyone to be respectful & polite but you have to keep your belongings in sight at all times.
Nice, big.
Two words... The Staff ... they are awesome...and the selection is great for books.
If I could give main library a no star I would. The main library look like an run down motel wear same people use the main library for sleeping, lounge and they get to use the computer for hours with staffs allow it. Each time I went into the main you saw only men setting lounges coughing, spitting and sleeping. I never saw any kids I can understand; I wouldn't bring my child to main library not kids or women friendly only friendly to a certain group of people. I heard that how main library operate before I ever visited the main library but I had to see for myself so what I heard was true. If main library got 3 stars person must be a relative, friends or employees who works at main library. This is why some of social media is screen reviews that peeople posting because friends and employees is posting good reviews when infact the company or agency don't get customers satisfaction. Main library is one of the worst library I visited in US. I have visited lots library
There is a security guard here who likes to harass people. He has a buzz cut and wears glasses. He especially harasses the homeless population.
I am a regular visitor to the Tony Hillerman branch and my experiences have always been fruitful and pleasant. Today, I had an extraordinarily nice response when I called to the information desk at the Main Library. I had been unable to find an answer myself. They searched and then recommended I call special collections. I did and got a prompt, informative answer to my question. I had asked for whom Hurley Park in Albuquerque had been named. The initial phone receptionist, the young woman at the information line, and at special collections were ALL pleasant, helpful and eager to help answer my question. My thanks to each of you. I was WOWED at this wonderful example of customer (citizen) service.

The staff are excellent and really nice, and they get in new stuff all the time. There are transients, but they generally leave others alone and not get in anyone's way. Lots of public computers, and they also loan out passes to museums around town. All in all a really good place.
Excellent library and a huge assortment of books.
Homeless people use the bathroom for washing clothes and body. They are also outside in abundance of transients due to the bus stop in front of the library entrance. They can be a bit intimidating at times. It smells so bad throughout the whole building, especially in the lobby, that I can never stay as long as I would like. Its too bad, because other than that its a wonderful facility and I can always find good books!
Best Metro Albuquerque library.
