Great spot to pop in if you need a computer on the quick and your cell phone is acting up. They have many of them available and there's usually one open. Librarians are good about keeping people off of their cell phones so you aren't disturbed.

Libraries are always the best. Sometimes there are screaming babies, it can't be helped. But this one is open all the time, or almost all the time, has excellent giant letters out front, open great hours, and has plenty of computers, sitting, and bicycle parking spots. LOVE IT!!! 6/5 Stars, Yo!

I love this library. I have patronized all the libraries in Albuquerque at one point or another, and this one is my favorite. I especially like the staff, who are always willing to discuss a topic, answer a question, find a book or in some way help improve my library experience.

Great library next to an excellent park. The art work around the building is very impressive and continues out into the median of San Mateo Boulevard. The Palo Duro senior center shares the same parking lot.

I think this is my favorite branch in the ABQ library system. Good selection of books, EXCELLENT HOURS, there is a wonderful park nearby, and the staff are ever helpful. Also, great location.

First and last. I will never go back to this place. It is loud, full, no space to sit down, cell phones ringing all over the place, so many weirdos, no parking, and to top it off, the bathrooms are something else.

So yesterday I was told in a rude manner by Amy (not the one with the black and green hair, but the other one) to not say bless you to somebody when someone sneezed. Like Fr lady? Maybe you shouldn't be working there if you're going to talk to somebody like that. It's called manners, which you clearly don't have

It's a wonderful library with a great selection. The only complaint I have is that a man hung around on the benches outside and catcalled me today and literally blamed it on the man sitting at a different bench.

Generally always busy. Staff very patient and helpful. Great parking. Kids pool, senior center and public park adjacent to library. Diversion channel pedestrian/bike path runs through park and along north side of library. This is one of the best libraries in town. Computers, CDs/DVDs, WiFi, kids section, meeting rooms, good hours, order any book from any other library, safe, ... The only problem is the occasional misfit, which is true of any place. Bathrooms could be MUCH improved.

Love this place, save me a lot $ to borrow all Thomas and friends DVDs from here for my little one. they even have a kid's area for little ones to play with one another.

Great location with the park there. I also love the electronic stuff they have that instantly returns your books, while the main library still does it manually, and takes about a half-hour. They seem to be constantly upgrading their facilities for checking out and returning. The staff are also very nice and really helpful. I'm glad it's my local library, because it's the best in the city.

My husband went there to pick up two movies that we had ready to pick up. I'm out of town and there were some rude people there that I guess is new. They asked my husband if he knew the pin and he said yeah. They said then you can check them out yourself. They wouldn't even check to see if anything came in the shipment that they get there because we have a movie in transit. They were just plain rude. Treating my husband like he's dumb. He said they said that rude.

I really enjoy this library. It has beautiful natural lighting and large windows, the staff are always kind and helpful, and the selection of books is certainly impressive. It's a wonderful place to spend time, and I've been going here for years with complete satisfaction.
