First impression was wow! The library has lots of green plants everywhere and has a very down-to-earth feel and relaxing Vibe. The four floors have their own unique layout and within 5 minutes of being there, you'll definitely have found a place for you. Not every table or chaired area has plugins, but the majority of them do. There are computers, and a theater that shows movies at different times throughout the week. Also on the fourth floor is a play area for kids called Maker Place.

The staff are extremely responsive and are a great help. The library has an awesome design. The entrance is on the top floor that gives it an awesome modern design. Love it. The books are all located where they are suppose to be and the internet is reasonably fast for a public wifi.

Computer access via assigned time slots. Quite often involves a reasonable wait for next available PC. Avoid during opening hours and two hours prior to closing. Good for those must print moments that need to be done now. They offer color/B&W options at affordable prices- currently .25/page. Having library card or residency IS NOT a requirement for computer use here. Just stop at checkout desk upon entering and request a "Guest Pass" for computers, then take info to the booking/scheduling station at the front.

Pretty good selection. Biggest library I've seen (and I've seen a lot of different libraries). Don't mind the homeless too much, I know they're pretty much everywhere. I think they should do something about what they charge to print.

It would be a really nice place if it was taken care of. Not a lot of selection at all. Bare and in need of a dusting. Could using updating as well. I'd really love it if I was homeless.

My first time here the atmosphere is great but they are not friendly if you look some type of way soon as I walk in an have baggy pants an a baseball cap security guard stares at me for like a whole minute till I loudly greet him and ask him if he's ok.... then he just ignores me at that point but great atmosphere rude staff!

I like the large selection. The auditorium (for concerts, lectures, etc.) is spacious. The staff is courteous. I know transients frequent this place often, but the security presence makes me feel safe. The central location is a definite plus. This branch and the Northwest location are my favorites in the WCLS.

I was here at 11am today, fairly disruptive environment and high traffic. Otherwise it was ok.

The library has a wide selections of books, magazines, newspapers, dvds and other reading materials. It also offers free wi-fi. With its website, you can search, select, and reserve books.
