Special Thanks to Clark County Commissioner Mary Beth Scow for introducing me to the information provided at the Clark County Law Library when she met with Community Leaders to address issues this week near UNLV. The instructors at the Law Library were very helpful this morning, especially when I required research on land development involving zoning laws in Las Vegas, Nevada.
