The Norfolk Public Library has recently remodeled its library. The new library is much larger, and is very beautiful, with a fireplace and a lovely seating area at one section and a new cafe area and meeting rooms available to the public. Meeting rooms are available by scheduling with the library staff.

Great facility but more often than not rude staff. Heard them trash talk a customer they just got off the phone with and I was sitting 25+ feet away from the desk.

The library is clean and the librarians are very helpful. They have meeting rooms and work spaces that can be reserved. The book selection is fair, with room to grow.

They have really great books. Norfolk Public Library hosts a number of programs for adults and children, and it's a good place to just hang out and read, do homework, or use the free WiFi, as well.
