Great small library

I very much enjoy the library. Cool on hot summer days and quiet. Have very neat events and a great kids book selection. The online resource is great as well. I can look for books in the comfort of my own home in the evening and reserve them and pick them up later. One of the better public libraries that I have had the pleasure to go to.

i really do enjoy this library great computers nice staff but at times i feel like the security guard is racial profiling us. minute we walk in we are followed around like we are going to do something wrong She is not very welcoming. i prefer to go somewhere else because of this. only when it is open till 8 do i go here

I just love this library so much. I make use of it every week in some way or another, from conference rental rooms to the Hennepin County Library system to online kindle books....the list goes on. This particular branch is lovely, with bright colors, big windows and amazing, friendly staff. Although I've loved libraries my entire life, the Walker Library has really inspired me to be more engaged.

This library is great! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I found anything that I was looking for with ease. The biggest issue I had with it is that I wished the selection were a little larger, but with the Hennepin county library system for loans, I can get any book I want delivered there!

Love this Hennepin County library location. Signed up for my first Hennepin county library card here and love to stop in to see what's new. Only downside is that there are limited evening hours for those of us that work 9-5. As an alternative I do regularly use the Main Branch Library for this reason.

The new Walker Library in Uptown is a beautiful library, with plenty of seating, although it can be busy at times. There is a decent selection even though it is a smaller library, but you can always reserve a book at any Hennepin County Library.

The new color scheme and interior design is quite refreshing and is a nice touch! however its seems really busy in the afternoon with limited seating, and limited hours.
