very quiet and the overall variety of books along with information on the web makes this a popular stop in Saint Paul for learning and growing. its family friendly and helpful staff make up this wonderful relaxing center. its state of the art amenities and resources are fantastic. i come here all the time and suggest you do as well

Why are kids always there? They don’t even learn and do productive things but be loud, playing Mine Craft, and taking up all the computers. Plus the Wifi connection doesn’t always work.

I go to this library because it is only 2 blocks from where I live. It is by far the noisiest library I have ever been in and I have been in many Twin Cities libraries. Patrons use their cell phones for long, loud conversations. The library staff ignores this behavior. Perhaps this is because the library staff is equally noisy. I cannot comment on the helpfulness of the staff since I have never required their assistance. If you go to this library you may want to wear ear plugs.

Every time I have been there it is a nice little library - not huge - but adequate. I have heard stories from staff, however, about homeless getting out of control - but I have not witnessed it personally. Parking is often full, mostly because this building is the public library branch, the college library for Metro State, and the MetroState bookstore.

Small library with healthy environment. Selection stocks are limited but open computers and the child daycare area inside reading brings a smile. Environment: teens, adult Estimate capacity: 15 Enjoyable party #: 1-2 Preferred parking option: Neighbor street, 1-2 blocks.

I have been several times to have my taxes prepared FREE it is all volunteer people all are very good at getting as mutch$ as league and also what the gov don't know stays that way.

Frequent times I've been here, there have been unaccompanied minors on several computers, playing video games, talking loudly to each other. Library staff has done nothing to address disruptively loud adult behavior on several visits.
