One of the most useless library's around. I got charged to use the computer because i'm not a resident. I asked for help with something I was writing and they "don't do that". I asked for a heating and cooling book and had to leave my DL and I wasn't even trying to take the book out; I just wanted to see if it had anything I could use. Every other library attempts to help you with anything you need within reason. I didn't ask them to write it for me; I just wanted to see if they could help me critic it; like they do at the Westland library. I should have just drove there, but this was closer to my work. LESSON LEARNED NEVER AGAIN

I patronize the Dearborn and the Dearborn Heights Libraries and find the J.F.K Jr. library to be the most accessible with the friendliest staff.

Too cold inside during the summer, so much so that you have to leave after a short amount of time. (-2 star) Extremely loud, some sort of play going on making it impossible to study. It's a library, this is not the place for loud plays.(-1 Star)
