Elevator to Sr. Ctr has been broken for nearly a week. Occurs repeatedly. County collects taxes; then does little to improve situation. Politicians visit to get votes, but are completely usless.

Nice facility, but this is certainly not where you want to go if you are looking for a quiet place to read or study. It is so loud in this library. How about creating a designated space for people who want to have quiet chatter and a space where it is absolute quiet. I thought libraries were supposed to be quiet anyway.

Opens at 9am daily except on Sundays at 1pm. Moderately large in size, a good and wide variety of books, there's a kiddies' section, courteous help and service from the staff, Very tidy. There's a parking lot.

My first time here today to drop off books. Very quiet One thing about this area is parking and traffic is usually inconvenient

I typically have a good experience at this location, todays visit was very different. I came in to the Pikesville branch to drop off my movies 1 min before 5pm on Sunday. I did not like the way a staff member was practically pushing me out the door when they closed. I was literally leaving after dropping off my movies. That lady was very rude and should uphold pikesville branch customer service a bit better

More like a social service office. Its incredibly noisy, not nearly as nice as the Owings Mills location. People speak in normal street tones and talk on their cell phones while the staff just walks on by. It's so noisy that I can hear people through my earplugs! You can tell the staff is afraid of confrontation and doesn't want to be bothered so they pretty much just hide behind their carts and don't address any of these daily issues.
