I love this library and the folks that work there. I had an issue with my account and the Account Manager was happy to assist. Just coming off surgery and under the impression that I had the time to return some items, she was more than understanding and help resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. There was a young lady that also worked there who was so friendly and helpful. Thank you to those two ladies. You made my experience at the Owings Mills Library a good one.

This is my favorite library. They have two floors of books and computers. The layout is very comfortable and easy to study or work. I enjoy going upstairs and getting a desk by the big windows to do homework. They also have quiet study rooms and group rooms.

Great space! This new library is awesome! It's huge, great selection of books and a lot of them are brand new. The children's section is separated which is nice for sound and the 'quiet study space' on the 3rd floor is great too. No interruptions and plenty of room.

I love this library! It's very peaceful and conveniently located near the Metro, BCCC and restaurants. They also have a lot of events for children.

It's great to finally have someplace near rather than reiserstown or pikesville, they're too far away! Here it's nice and clean and has a great selection if books that are new!

I have 6 children from13 months to 13 years old and it is a pleasure going to the Owings Mills branch with them. The enclosed children's area allows them to peruse books to each of their liking, just across from the librarians' desk. If any of them need assistance, there is always a helpful librarian to assist them. The computers are always clean and functional and there is an area for babies to play. Kudos to the person who designed this area with a bathroom!!!! That is a huge bonus!! There are plenty of tables and chairs, although my kids always find a cozy nook in which to read. It's clean, well organized, and patent friendly. I love, love, love it!

I love love this library the only reason I put four stars is because you are only allotted 1 hour in the study rooms and there is a need for more space. I really appreciate the additional added tables I just wish it was larger space for group studying...

This branch is BCPL is great. The building is new and airy. Conveniently located with plenty of parking. Park in ‘Garage 2’ for easy access. The 1st floor is home to a kids area, plus A/V CDs/DVDs and games. The second floor has all the adult fiction/non-fiction and periodicals. The kiosks make for easy checkout, and the librarians have been friendly and helpful each time I’ve asked for something. If you are looking for a quiet room to study/work, check out the room on the third floor.

I feel like i am always here Having the kids area enclosed is such a relief and what a great idea whomever came up with that idea must have more than 2 children Having the adult area upstairs is an issue for me not like this one could ever be resolved but i have to pick and choose when i am with my children and guess who wins

Experienced, pleasant library staff. The space is well lit with lots of natural light from the many windows. So many quiet spaces to curl up with a book. Lots of adequate space for private study, laptop hookups and seperate kids area. Self check out kiosk are on two floors. Peaceful place!
