Great local library! If they do not have a book in-stock you can get it transferred from another library within the county! This usually only takes a couple of days (if the book is available). The internet is great and the staff is very friendly! I am here two times a week either checking out a book or exploring the shelves for another!

Might as well watch T.V. than read the lies in their collection... makes you just as dumb and numb. Pathetic little poetry section, large biography section with nothing but nazis, american generals and white liberal women talking about how they manage to sleep at night. Plus they hate animals and i came by with a fluffy 2 year old puppy..you cant even tie a dog up OUTSIDE the building for 5 minutes without being tracted down by one of several repressed librarians tensely repeating the phrase "i can't" and "its a serious liability". Only liability I see is having people that clearly have no love for real LEARNING or even an appreciation for the beauty of this mad world anywhere near our children.. much less repsonsible for the dispension of literature. I felt gross and upset after my brief visit to the Mt. Airey library and needed to meditate for 10 minutes before continuing in the day.

So disappointed. Worked beautifully all morning at the Damascus Library and connected to work no problem. I come here to Mt. Airy in the afternoon and it keeps disconnecting me from my work network. My helpdesk is telling me the public wifi is the problem. I have to drive 20 mins to Damascus if I want to work from the library! Rediculous!
