Library is nice computers are always available...Not too noisy it's a resource center sometimes may have to make a call using the phone is normal. Also, talking is ok as long as it's a low volume. I like this library.

The libaray it self is good. The older woman that work there are not customer friendly at all. They are not child friendly. I took my kids to the libaray and we felt like we was being watch..

same with the previous comment ... the staff is nice and helpful ... well some .. some of the female staff their is rude and think they own the place ... nosy people at the computers staring at you as well especially if you're a new face. if you want to be in a more pleasant library, go to Oxon Hill or Spualding (Old Silver Hill Road)!!! believe me, you'll be better off

My kids love it here. The kids section is nice. Lots of computers available. I also like that it is less crowded than oxon hill.

It is a very quiet, laid back library. It has plenty of space for adults and the youth. There are plenty of desktop PC's and private rooms for studying, that you can reserve. The staff is extremely helpful, for those needing help. I wish this library had more books and longer operating hours. Please check the library hours before coming, because they are closed at times when you really want to be in the library. Fortunately, there is another library within four miles that stays open later and is open on my preferred days. Overall, you can accomplish your library needs, if you are willing to compromise. Enjoy your read and visit to the Hillcrest Heights Branch Library. I grew up in this neighborhood and guess what, I'm back.
