Brought my Daughter here today to read some books and I could not even sit InThe children's section for more then 5 minutes ! There were young kids , They must of just got off school in the children's section being Loud , Cursing and running around ! the Librarian Did not Say or Do Anything ! they allow this type of behavior at this library! I rather go to the one on patapsco ave . Never Agian

A breath of fresh air in the middle of a tough neighborhood, the library has tons of great information for the book lover and information seeker. Lots of hard and soft books, graphic books for the non readers, books for those who just want to chill with their cell phones or be alone, a children’s section filled with little books, and of course computers for the techies. Computer resources include periodicals, medical resources and loads of on and offline reference materials and sites. There is of course printing capability for those interested and loads of table space. Because there is the Brooklyn Park Elementary School next door, there are a few dedicated spaces for young people - I.e the lower level - for teenagers, the graphic novel and children’s room. Sometimes, these areas can get noisy when they are occupied by the students. Librarians try to monitor it but to no avail. After school, the same sometimes occurs at the computers. If those issues are minor to you, you will have found a gem of a space for working, learning, writing and reading.

It's a nice Community Library, with decent access to online resources and a moderate selection in their book stacks. The staff is attentive and friendly. Many community events get hosted downstairs. Parking lot has more than adequate size for the facility.

Librarians are friendly and helpful. Branch is small but well-maintained.

The employees are absolutely wonderful. They help as much as they can and truly care about you. I went for my magnet program trip, to help a community out. We helped them recieve new and improved technology. Just amazing.

It was small but it was welcoming. Great play area for the children so you can work while they play. Has only one bathroom :( so if there's a line, you'll have to wait.
