This is a great library! They offer story times and homeschooling session. Computer help and other fun events just check their magazine or online event schedule. Friendly staff always willing to help you search for what you're looking for and I think they're great all around!

Updating with my review I posted on favcebook a few years ago so people know why I gave this place one star. I gave this library one star because I am very disappointed in these librarians at this location. Never have I witnessed anything like this at a library, and me and my husband have been to many libraries across the US due to travels. First of all, I watched a young girl be arrested due to the fact that the librarians couldn't understand her because she wasn't a native English speaker. Apparently her wallet had been stolen and a homeless lady who was in the library went off on her for being near her stuff while she was looking for her wallet. When the police got here they told her to leave... She told them all she wanted was her wallet, to please help her find it. But they sided with the librarians and tried to kick her out, which lead to her being arrested because the police would not listen to her AT ALL. After she was outside being held by police the librarians were LAUGHING!!! Laughing while she was outside screaming because the police were being too rough with her. I mean is that really something to be laughing at? Even if that lady was at fault she needs help, not people laughing at her for getting arrested. I was literally scared to come back to this library for a long time after witnessing this. I also dislike that they pick and choose when to enforce their "rules." Apparently if someone is being too loud and bothering you, you get told to please be quiet... Because that happened to my husband when he was talking to another patron about books. But when there was a young man being obscenely obnoxious at the computers one day, they did NOTHING when I said something about it. Nor did they do anything the other two times I was here and the same guy was disturbing not only me but several other patrons. I'm extremely upset that my local library, which is supposed to be a safe place, has people in charge that act like this Despite some bad apples in the staffing, the rest of my experience with this library was great. There are some librarians here that are pleasant and helpful. The resources at this library are GREAT, the book selection is decent, and there is lots of space to sit or get on a computer. There are usually computers open for use at this location. But still giving this one star for those horrible experiences.

A great library. One of the best storylines for toddlers and babies. Miss Shannon is the best. Fun sensory lab and other activities throughout the month. Easy to use online site/app. Staff are always polite and helpful. One of my kids’ favorite places to go

Loved this library! The staff is so friendly and willing to help you find whatever you're looking for! It's spacious and offers many different areas to sit and relax, read, research, etc. The system they use where you can check out your own books is wonderful too! (Especially when you're in a hurry!)

The loudest library you'll ever visit. Been here 3 times now and same issue. Children screaming/crying, people shouting across tables, staff very loud and chatty at the checkout which is right in the middle of the facility. Don't come unless you just want to surf the web or check out a book and leave.

brought in my book to renew. the front cover was a bit torn off on the bottom, but not too bad. All the pages were there. The lady proceeds to tell me that it’s damaged, they can’t put it back on the shelf. Sorry my cat ate a piece of the cover, but is it still readable? Yes!!! She didn’t care though. Manager didn’t care either, they charged me $20 for the book. Never coming to this location again.

It was just okay. It's not very large compared to other locations. People were nice and building was clean. Compared to the others it's in last place. It's smaller, not as decorative, reading area only has two spots that have lounge chairs and one couch. I wasn't impressed and I was in North Oak , Antioch, and Claycom within last week. It's an okay location but if you need to spend hours in the library, I would pick a more comfortable location.
