Staff was very helpful. The library is small enough to find your book but big enough for some quiet time to yourself and read.

Nice atmosphere but there are a few rude employees there. In particular one lady continously makes rude comments without prompting on two occasions we have been there. Most staff extremely helpful.

Love the new library! The inside is very nice and books are easy to find in a smaller library. They do still need to get the outside looking good. Many people have complained about parking and they do need a bit more space for that but personally when going I have always found a space to park.

I love the catalog of books and movies. I can usually find what I'm looking for, If not the staff is helpful in locating or having an item reserved for me. It's a great location and a beautiful building. So glad it's here!!!

There are so many books and my kids love them especially my teens, they love the manga and books there.The place is fantastic!

This is a new library that opened Dec 15. 2018.There was dedication. And ribbon cutting ceremony. The welcome this one of a kind completely brand new built library to Indianapolis. Indiana.

Bright, fresh and clean with very helpful, jovial and friendly staff. Took only a moment to get a library card on plastic (I'd previously created an account on the website) and they give you a wallet card and key tag (bring your ID!). Great natural lighting and lots of little reading nooks, tables w/outlets for your electronics, plenty of private study rooms (call ahead to reserve) and a clean restroom. We found all kinds of good things, including books/cds/blu-ray/DVD/books on tape/Manga etc. Lots of free/kid friendly events on their calendar, as well as events for adults. So glad to have this branch close to home!

The new library is. Nice. And comfortable. But parking sucks. Did not think. Out parking space. Not enough parking have to waste gas. Riding around. Before you get a spot. No one thought this out. Before trying to to close the place off you dont need a pond. You need more parking spots not grass. Just ashame use the space that I'd given you could have. 3 more lots on this property but. Trying to pocket money. People will stop coming if you dont have the space to accommodate the traffic. Going back to pike.

We really appreciate this nice new library in the neighborhood. It has a nice separate kids area, staff are friendly, Saturdays are quiet and not too busy.

Aesthetically cool, looks good. Very noisy though and this defeats the purpose of leaving home to study fairly quietly! And no, it’s not construction noise.

This wonderful new library is awesome. Yes it's nice, beautiful teen and children area, more computers and staff......more more more. Yes it's awesome and staff deserved an updated library with more amenities but let's not forget it was moved OUT of the Flanner House Community Center. Yes it's on the bus line but how many people in the Flanner House area still have access to this library wonderful library? I do not like it being moved out of the "neighborhood".
