Sorry to here about the bad experiences at this library however my family and i enjoy this place it does its best to meet the needs of the community with the resources it has. Maybe more people could donate some time to make it better and safer ijs

My nephew was jumped and robbed of his cell phone and book bag which contained his computer. Supposedly the security and Librarian called IMPD, He waited three hours, and they still did not show up. What type of establishment is this? There was a witness, but coward up stating 'it's none of my business', and walked away. He was injured because they choked him and punched him. I will be there first thing tomorrow morning to raise some hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

If you have kids this is probably a good place as they have actives for them. There are lots of kids running around. The floor plan is open so there is no privacy at all. The only long table where you can sit and put your computer doesn't have access to power plugs. The table and chairs are basic and not very comfortable. On the plus side the staff is friendly, it's clean, and the WiFi signal is strong.

GOOGLE!!!!! This place seriously needs Your help. None of their computers a updated . Not to mention the fact that it is located where most people do not have access to home computer. The Customer Service is also Minimal and very unpleasant.
