The library is the most amazing and fabulous library in the Fishers area. Even though it is not open all the way, the workers are flawless. They have so many books like who knew?!?! The Kid Zone has been complained to be too loud but WHAT DO YOU EXPECT. Y'ALL DUMB. Overall, I love this place, will go back and study my tests.

This is a truly awesome place to go. It possesses a wide array of books, from educational books to classic literature to teen and kid-centered books. Anyone except for an average modern-day teen (not me) would like it! It would be nice if I could work here. I highly recommend going here!

We are VERY ANGRY! We were told a couple of different times, at the library, that we could come to the library today and pick up 5 pair of eclipse glasses each. We arrived 15 to 20 minutes before the library opened this morning and got in line. It was long, but not unreasonably so. Then someone from the library came down the line and told us they were only giving out glasses to the first 100 people and we were behind that. They're saving the rest for Monday at 1:00!! We'd promised our grandkids we'd have glasses for them too - so we are VERY UPSET!!! Arriving the first thing this morning - we should have had glasses! If we'd know this, we would have looked for glasses other places. Now it's too late! Communication should have been better!

This library is fantastic! The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating, is due to their significantly flawed study room policy. In past instances, I've gone EVERY morning for weeks on end to try and get a study room. Technically it's possible to get one, but essentially you have to lightly, yet quickly jog once they open the doors for the groups of people who are waiting outside in line. Everyone knows you have to make haste without fully running. It's honestly pathetic, but it's the way it goes since they don't have a reservation system in place like other libraries. The first come, first serve or 'Snatch and Grab' policy risks physical injury with the manner in which they let everyone in at the time of opening as well as people getting to a room at the same time which has caused arguments to break out multiple times. One other significant pet peeve of mine is they let a single person take the larger rooms with 6 to 8 chairs. All of that extra space is not being utilized by other people who could use it for group meetings. This is almost as bad if not worse than the 'snatch and grab a study room' policy. They have small, medium, and large study rooms for a reason, but they'll allow only one person to take over the larger rooms rather than a labeled sign that says, 'At Least 3 Occupants Per Use In This Room' I've also seen people grab study rooms, leave their bags and books to mark it as theirs, while they leave for 20 to 30 minutes to grab lunch and return later at their convenience with their fast food in hand. No one should be allowed to leave their things as a method of holding a room down if they aren't even going to be present to occupy it for the whole timeframe. The rest of us shouldn't have to be without one just because you think you're of special privilege. Other than that, it's a great library! Clean, well kept, great selection and resources! The study room policy absolutely has to change though because I wouldn't be surprised if fights haven't broken out or will break out soon due to nature of this flawed system that is crucially needing to be remedied.

Came to library today to apply for some jobs but I’m order to do so I need to purchase a flash drive and they are 5.00. All of the other public libraries that I have gone to willingly let me use a flash drive to download my resume from my email and upload to whatever site I’m applying on. I’m unemployed so spending 5.00 that I do not have is something that I couldn’t afford to do. Just unsure how the other libraries are able to allow me to use one and turn it back in but at this location I was not able to. I even stated that I didn’t have any money. Guess I’ll stick to my other libraries as this one doesn’t seem to be as friendly.

Best place to get some work done. VERY quite especially compared to the Carmel Library. Wifi is fast, and you don't have to check in to use study rooms. But they are first come first serve, so they are often full.

Popular place of study with ample tables and study rooms. Comfy couches and chairs about for reading as well. Areas especially for teens and children also appear available, plus meeting rooms. Interior is very inviting and spacious with plenty of natural light and inspiring views of the part wooded, part open and grassy surroundings.

The staff is always smiling and so friendly. I used to come here a lot when I was in high School. Now I don't go as often but when I am in town I am there.
