This place was not ideal. I came to study for my AP Macro rest and this big kid wouldn’t be quiet. He was stationed at the computers, which I feel may be better off in a separate room, but bottom line was he could not be quiet. Him and his friends pranked each other by unplugging their computers and it got out of hand with no staff to help. This needs a change. That being location or a staff member surveying the computers to make sure people that are of a normal volume.

The library hours are the WORST. People have to work or study and it closes at 5pm on Saturdays... And opens at 1pm on Sundays... There are so few books (isn't that the point of a library????) you have to order them from other libraries and they really only have movies. The open concept desks makes it hard to focus on work. This place has gone downhill and is more of a place to hang out and pick movies than is a library.

Naperville Public Library Computer Lab. Open to the public, even non-library card holders. Excellent staff, always helpful. Free to use technology for card holders, and some for the general public. 3D printing available, here and at the 95th street location.

Less than half of the floor space is devoted to BOOKS. This library used to be one of my favorite places to spend time in. Now it is 1/3 computer lab, and 1/2 of the space is shelves filled with dvds/cds/audio books - all of which I could stream at home if I wanted them. This is not a library anymore. Heartbroken

The WORSE place to do printing..I am just sitting by the printers doing my own work and the past 8 or so people that have come to print something has had to ask the people at the desk for help...every single time and even the employees have a hard time figuring it out. They are clueless. They helped this one woman for about 30 minutes figure out why her stuff wasn't printing..I am glad I have witnessed all of this chaos because I will never print a single thing here if it is going to be that hard for everyone to print.

I think over all Naperville libraries are awesome. Nicholes library is much inferior to the one in 95th street. The furnitures in quiet toom and other reading area are at least 20-30 years old. The main lobby area is so noicy that you get distracted even if you are sitting at the west end of the building.

Parking is ridiculous. I went at 1 pm not even open yet and the parking lot was full. This lot needs to be strictly enforced as library parking even If they need to have parking tickets stamped from library. FRUSTRATING.. And yes meant to capitalize that. .

This has been my favorite quiet place to study, relax and get some work done for over a decade. The Naperville Riverwalk is right there, if you want to go outside to relax or grab something to eat. Internet is not super fast but it works OK. In addition to all the books, there is also a wide selection movies (DVD and Blue-ray) to rent. The only negative I could say is that "hot" books are always out, so you may have to put yourself on a waiting list. Staff is very helpful and friendly!

Not too good. Parking is terrible. Looks like 80 percent of staff is unfriendly. 20 percent are awesome. Might be time to give a transfusion to this staff. Kinda come across unfriendly, grouchy. Like they really don't want to be there.

Great place to study. And get things done. Very modern library. The people who work there are very helpful with helping you find books. They have provate study rooms for 2 hrs. A group work room. Business room. Its quite here so thats nice. They have kids section. They have story time. Love this place Dvd section. Music section Forgein language books (russian)

NASA passed out millions of free solar eclipse glasses to libraries all over IL and many other states so as to help avoid the dangers of people buying and using fakes. Naperville has three very large libraries and somehow we're the only set of libraries to be missed in a 20 mile radius of me. This librarian told me they never had any eclipse glasses, when the library down the street had them and ran out quickly, I don't think they got missed and I don't think they handed them out to the public. Lady was very rude and acted as if I asked her in rudest tone ever, maybe she is having a bad day idk. Very upset they would lie to people about not getting them. Little libraries everywhere got them and ran out quickly, but the way she answered me made it sound like they kept the glasses for themselves and family. Several libraries told me all the libraries in the area got at least 200 each, if Aurora, lisle, Lombard, downers grove all had them I highly doubt they didn't get any.

Awesome place. The librarians are friendly and nice. It's a family friendly environment, with computers and a story rug. There are tons of books to read and checkout. They also have video games and bilingual books! Plus, on the weekends there is a fun craft. Perfect for anyone!

I was applying several times to PT job positions that only ask High School and all the time they send me a email saying me that I am no selected and they wish me the best in my search. What a wonderful place to find masterpieces, thought pieces, and anything to enlighten one’s mind. They have quite a few things here that make it unique. For instance they have a co-working space that startups can use, a 3D printing machine, as well as vending machines in case you get hungry while lost, in a great book. Plenty of comfortable seats to help you stayed relaxed.

Kent Palmer is amazing. He's a business oriented librarian, and he introduced us to this thing called NaperLaunch, since we own a small business, and it's amazing! Every Thursday morning at 8:00 am a bunch of small businesses meet up and have a big round table, where they pass on their knowledge to everyone else, and it's a great place for small businesses. Now we run our business out of that place! We use the conference room for meeting with clients, and use the study rooms to have business meetings with all of our associates. All around great place.

I mostly come here for my toddler to run around and explore. The bottom floor has lots of activities and classes she can participate in, along with a great collection of children's books. The staff is always very courteous and you can tell they enjoy being librarians. Make sure you pick up the monthly calendar to know everything that is scheduled! The library was given only four stars based on attending other libraries in the area. There could be so much more crafts, puzzles, games, activities in the play area; the space is under utilized.

They are the most rude and unhelpful librarians I have ever encountered! After being neglected when seeking help from Brie in the computer lab for over 10 minutes I went back to my computer just in time to see the computer shut down. And apparently every time the computer shuts down it wipes the data so my document was lost. If that weren't enough, instead of sympathizing I was told to leave the library without any offer for document retrieval help. As I was leaving I was then sworn at by another librarian because she had to unlock the door to allow me to exit. All around classlessness and no offer of help. I guess that's what I get for using the library...so much for being there to be a service to the community.
