Amazing place! They have the most amazing book collection I've seen. I was looking for some classic fiction titles and they had a good collection of that genre. The staff is really cooperative, and if you have a membership you can enjoy also use quiet rooms.

i like it alot the food is dudu and way to expensive butt the computers are slow and glitchy they suck it, any way the staff are some times butts but the are cool. the games you can rent are dudu and old like just dance what is that why do they have that game fr. the movies are dudu and old just like the games. butt the elevators are funn to play with :)

This library has so many books. It is a very modern library and we were shocked when we saw the book return, and book checkout systems. It is very updated on technology and even has a teen area called the Vortex that I go in all the time. It has a quiet study room for all to use and there is plenty of room to sit down and read a book, so don't worry about not finding a comfy place to sit. There is also a little snack stand right when you walk in. On top of all that it is always quiet and are almost no distractions. I don't know the case of the comment that said 4 women were being loud, but if someone is being loud you could ask staff to tell them to be quiet.

I went to both the old and new version of the library. It was great and it's better in it'd new form. It has a lot more books and computers than before giving access to information easy and quick. They have a lot of quiet places too. It's clean and free to visit, so stay a while.

i go to the libaray everyday during school but i am on summer break so i go there twice a week the libaray just makes a smile on my face when ever i pick a book smell the fresh pages it just wants me to read

My kids and I visits the library 4 times a week if not everday. I love the staff and their book collection is awesome. The children library is just beautiful and they offer a lot of classes with free activities for the kids. If I could give 10 stars I would best library ever!!!

Studio 300 within Fountaindale is a god send for any content creator. Amazing resources, friendly staff that are all professionals in some creative field such as video, photography, audio, etc.

Such an awesome place! The Wifi is fast, there are plenty of open spaces with outlets, and the selection of books, movies, and magaznes is great!

This library is absolutely beautiful and there are so many services but I was turned off by an experience i had with a staff member. My family and I heard about a studio that they offer at the library so we decided to check into it. I called at 3:30 and asked how it worked and was told that there was an orientation at 4. So i decided ok lets go to the orientation because it was only 30mins long.we knew we would be a coulple mins late because we live about 20mins away. When we arrived at the library we went to the lower level where the studio was and was told by ana that we were too late for the orientation.we were very polite to her but we did not recieve the same politeness, as we were talking she was making faces at us as if she was annoyed by us. So we asked her to reschedule and she starts to tell us and then she was like how old are you guys? Mind you we all are 15 and over. Also there is no age limit or age that you have to be to.so I was wonder why she asked. She goes on to say we play the part of being 17-19. I did not know what that meant and still did not know why she asked.

Lately when I come with my kids are so many noise from kids . Library was so much better in the past . My kids can even read in silence . I think there should be library workers paying more attention to this .. I see so many kids alone with out their parents in the library . I think this is one of the main reasons why is so much noise going on !!!!

Great building, many avaliable resources, BUT : staff was wayy to loud. I go to the library to study and i was amaized of how desturbing the staff is. There were four ladies that were talking to each other as they are outside at a carnaval or something. Literally yelling, very desturbing and unpleasant! I will choose a smaller more reliable library next time!!!

On evening of 9-9-19, 2nd floor girl at front desk was not knowledgeable, arrogant, and rude. One would hope she isn't representative of the entire staff. Hire better people to interact with the public!

I would give 5 stars but this one employee was really rude with my daughter and me . I had to do a 30 min training video. So I had my daughter in her stroller using headphones using my phone. She was snacking but was quiet and not bothering anyone around me. I understand food is not allowed by computers but she was in her stroller! Glad a few people saw this .

I absolutely love Fountaindale Public Library. I make every excuse to visit often. It is a beautiful library with SOO many great selections of movies, books, audios, etc for ALL age groups. Even if you can't find what you are looking for, their inter-library loan system is amazing also, and I like their different options of pick-up and drop off availability. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. I brag about it to my friends and family. Always something fun to do there (I've been going to their Yoga also). I have been taking my now one-year old to the story times since he was a baby (lap sit events, bouncing babies, Diez deditos, family story time, etc.), and he loves it. We don't take him as often as I would like because we work full-time and often stay late, but there are so many options, we are bound to take him to a couple here & there during the week. :D Having fun, isn't hard when you got a library card ^_^

This has to be the most beautiful library I've ever been in (outside the major libraries in major cities (e.g. Chicago, library of Congress, University libraries, etc.)) Pristine and beautiful interior. Fantastic layout. Green roof. Very environmentally friendly (wouldn't be surprised if it is LEED certified). Wonderful private study rooms. Great book selection. SUPER friendly staff. I've been to Naperville, Aurora, Oswego, Plainfield libraries. This is HANDS DOWN the best facility I've ever been to. Glad we moved to Bolingbrook. It's even a great library to just relax and read.

This is by far one of the best libraries in the area. Great variety in book selection. I particularly appreciate their diverse programming - everything from Doctor Who to sports! The facility itself is gorgeous and well-kept. Parking can be a smidge problematic at times, as they share the parking lot with the neighboring baseball fields. But they do have parking time limits, special parking zones, so I think they do try to manage it well!

This library opened in 2011, and I didn't start going until 2014, but boy I wish I had gone earlier!!! The great amount of education, entertainment (movies), and events that this local treasure offers is worth the tax dollars. Me and my family are here 1-2 times per week checking out books and/or movies. Plus you can rent up to 20 movies at time!!!
