McCall Library offers free and fantastic story time for little kids. We've been going for a few years and love it. The library has a great selection of kids books, the bathroom is always clean, and the staff are very friendly. Membership is free for those who live in the city limits and Wi-Fi is free with membership. My only complaint is the shorter Saturday hours but I'm not deducting a star for that because I've only been to the library a handful of times on a Saturday. Low attendance on certain days means reduced hours; I completely understand. The library had great face painting this Halloween. All in all, this is a lovely small-town library.
