I love this library. You can: Use a 3D printer, rent robots, borrow books/video games, use computers, go to events, and more... this library is awesome! The women who helped me get my library card were so sweet, too!

STILL the best library in the Treasure Valley, hands-down! This is one library that I will ALWAYS come to, no matter the distance... Besides its friendly and great staff, plus superior facilities & amenities, this library is well-within my stomping grounds of West Boise; it is only a half-mile away from my family's longtime home that is off of West Ustick Road. Excellent place to enjoy, relax and research!!!

The staff are nice and the building is nice with lots of natural light. I hope they will improve on keeping the atmosphere quiet. There are people who need a quiet place to study and go to a library in hopes of finding a quiet spot. At this library, I keep getting disrupted by very noisy children or loud, uninhibited grown ups, some of which appear to be in need of a custodian. Even just a gentle request for disruptive people to take their conversation to the lobby room would be much appreciated.

I go there a lot but there are a lot of old lady's who freak out if you are there for a hour and there are about 1/3 of the computers that don't have wifi but overall it's a great place

the librarian there Conner is completely unreasonable. Doesn't want to answer questions directly. I help a teenage girl from being attacked from a very intoxicated older lady and all he had to say was that it wasn't my responsibility to. I wasn't just going to let that happen. This library is trash.

Lovely little library, with a reduced number of books available but easily transferred from the large main library. Conference and study rooms round it out.

I come to this library once a month it's small library too far away from house to travel to if u don't have transportation not a good selection of book even for the teen section caint find anything caint get ahold of the library when I have a question I like meridian and Boise main library they have huge selection of books to choose from and the staff are more helpful at meridian branch And Boise branch need closer library to fivemile
