So disappointed. I brought my daughter to do some school work and to read in a quiet setting. A loud potty mouth group of Highschool boys came in to the children’s section got on the computers and played a violent video game. We live in a time where our culture is saturated with guns and violence and hate. Why were these boys allowed to be here doing this? In the children’s section? I guess thats a testiment to their immaturity. Won’t come back to this branch I said something to front desk but I don’t know if anything will be done about it. If we don’t speak up nothing will change!

Great place when you need a quiet place to study, all of the staff are polite and helpful. Gets a little loud though when school gets out.

The library is a clean and quiet place. It is a good place to work because there is free WiFi . But kids always play games on the computer so it is bad in that department. Overall it’s pretty good place in general.

I attend the story time for toddlers and its amazing, the instructors are awesome and they combine different activities.

The library is great.... THE CHILDREN ARE HORRIBLE!!!! I have homeschooled students and they even asked why the kids act this way in public!!!! Talking VERY loud... Baby screaming to the top of its lungs mother just ignoring it while she’s on the phone.... Kids running, bumping into people... no respect at all so that let’s me know the parents couldn’t have possibly taught them anything at home!!! I asked the lady at the front desk was this normal, she simply said, “YES”.... I’m embarrassed for the parents.... If you didn’t want to raise your kids you probably should’ve swallowed them and kept it moving

Rude service desk. Carrying on personal conversations and no customer service at all given. Both old women looked at me as if I was disturbing their personal time. Unprofessional and incompetent individuals. Don't go to that front desk for help because you won't get any.

Lovely library and college classes upstairss. Just make sure to never be around from 2-4pm because the children from falcon cove and cypress bay storm inside and cause a raucous.

Multiple spaces inside the library make it ideal for studying, reading with children, great collection of magazines, lots of PCs. You can also install the WOW App and request titles, then simply pick them up at this location.

Some of the worst customer service around. Staff belongs in 1965 not 2017. They seemingly look for excuses to pick on the kids. There are not enough carrels, tables, and electrical outlets for the level of usage. The kids would be better off going to Starbucks.

My and my children were asked to leave a Puppet Show because my youngest was crying sporadically, not always and the puppet show had only began, they didn't even give him a chance to settle in. Other children were also making noise, it was a children's event, what did they expect. Very rude and inappropriate. Do not recommend at all going to children's events at this library.
