I LOVE this library! I don't get to visit Lake Wales as much as I would like to, but when I get the chance I always stop by the Library. I can always find used books in great condition for next to nothing. I also love to browse through the collection of very old magazines. This is the only Library that I know of that has such a collection. And the staff has always been kind, friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. Patty in Bartow, FL

I love going there! The staff is knowledgeable and they go oug of their way to help you. I use a cane, and on my first visit, the lady pointed to the shopping carts and suggested it may be useful. The place is a treasure trove for avid readers such as myself, and the DVD section is truly amazing!!

The library staff is the best. One of the best children's area and staff I've seen.

Great library... nice building lots of activities and well connected to other branches in Polk county. All staff is friendly. They lost a star because the hours could be longer. Of course they are a government funded organization so if we want longer hours we would need to pay more taxes.
