I have been going to this library for years and love it! The librarians are all so helpful and friendly. It reminds me of days gone by when people were kinder and knew who you were. It makes me smile everytime I go in.

This is my favorite library. A small, quaint beach library with 1960s-style design. The shelves list the subject matter as well as the Dewey Decimal numbers so that it was easier to browse sections without having to look it up on the computer. I had been to three other St. Petersburg libraries looking for particular titles, and this library was the only one that had all of them. They also have a lovely children's section with books, games, and what looked like puppets and costumes inside some cupboards for story time events. There's a small DVD selection that lets me pretend I can still go out and rent movies (I miss those days!). It is clean with a decent layout and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Love this little library ! Have been going here for years. Staff is awesome. But, I miss there book store. Hopefully, they will bring it back in the near future!
