Great library, county wide selection of materials which can be delivered to the site, friendly staff.

While this may be one of Volusia County smaller library’s it is big on events and serving the public. All you have to do is look at their June calendar and their Happenings events and I think you’ll agree. I like the staff here. They are friendly, professional and eager to assist you. There is plenty of parking, with easy access to the building. They have a children’s section with public use computers. There is also an adult section with public use computers. There is a large bulletin board in the hallway by the bathroom that has a lot of information of interest to the public.

Very nice, friendly,helpful staff ! My wife and I stopped in today to get our library membership cards . We look forward to future visits with our grandchildren.

We've not made it back in a while, but for several weeks before Christmas I was bringing my toddler for story time. The woman who runs it is great, and the "curriculum" always kept her entertained... she's obsessed with Pet the Cat, now, and doesn't stop talking about going to school next year. This library has a "self checkout" now which is pretty cool and convenient. Computers available for the kids, although we haven't used them, foam blocks for building and a little puppet center. That being said, the children's section is a little underwhelming... there are plenty of books and there's stuff to play with... its just not bright and color and engaging like other children's library areas I've been to. That being said, this isn't a huge library so they're probably doing the best they can.
