I love this Library, the staff is very friendly and my kids can usually find what they are looking for. I wish they had a larger horror selection but that's the only negative I can think of!

Great Selection Of Books And Movies To Check Out. Great Staff, They Only Reason I Didn’t Give It 5 Stars Is Because They Do Get Busy And sometimes You Have to wait a while to get help but in the end they do help. Very quiet and peaceful inside . Very professional staff and very very polite.

This Library is perfect! Been going here for 3 years now I also live 2 Miles from the library. I go to get my work done, also quiet there so that it is easy to concentrate on your school work. Or anything else that you have to do.

It's a shame that you cannot study at a library. This was my first time at this Lake county library and these OLD ladies think that they are working at the pentagon. I was in the study room and they actually lied to me so I could leave. #neveragain. Maybe it was the color of my skin. Disappointed. Old ladies I pay your salary #taxdollar.

We checked out the Preschool Story Time with my three year old and it was a hit! The librarian, Kim, was fabulous with the kids - super engaging with lots of energy and patience. While we were only in the children’s area, it was clean and bright and the story room is fun with lots of room for busy toddlers to roam around. My daughter is already asking when we’re going back!

3 miles to my house in Polk co. 22 miles to Polk co library from my house. We went to this library since it opened...story time and other activities. So one day we go to checkout with my grandson and they say $20.00. I didn't have it! I said that was a bit expensive. I felt so sad for my grandson having to put back the books he had spent so much time chosing. Then the cranky old woman said "you aren't really supposed to come to this library"! After all the years I've been going there that was my good by. That old bat did a nice job of making us feel welcome.

I like the library at cagan crossing. The only problem is that i lived in polk county and is 10 miles away and they want to charge me 20 dollar to get a library card. Other than that the library is nice and clean.

Lovely facility. Nice staff. Terrible policy makes collection inaccessible to those that live close by. Those that live within walking distance of the facility, but across the county line in Polk county, must pay $10 per month for a library card. While the nearest library within Polk county is over 15 miles away. Stupid. Just plain stupid.

Horrible hours. If you work you will never get to use the library. I hate the library system for this. I wish we could defund it since it does not get used by most due to hours.

Went today for a library book sale. Drove an hour to get there. Waited over a half hour for a librarian to come out. She says at the last minute the sale was cancelled. No sign saying anything. No notice at all. Oh you are waiting we see you but we don't care. Lousy lousy service
