This library is fantastic! It is quite literally a work of art. I was here to co-facilitate a local community training and was struck by not only the sheer beauty of the structure, but also by the community in which it exists and which it serves. Aside from the clean lines and warm tones throughout, this library also boasts a fresh cafe and movie theater. The abundance of reading, study, etc. rooms available truly elevates this space from staid depository to engrossing resource. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and pop in.

THE most impressive library in the state of Delaware. Period. Ask for a tour. You will get one. Order some mac & cheese bites. They're delicious.

Very nice. Have a room dedicated for playing LEGO with hand sanitizer provided. Also has a dining area for kids to eat snacks. Will go back again.

Computer area is loud. Staff allows patrons to hold conversations among each other. Area is extremely distracting. Very disappointing.

I had family visiting from NC due to Hurricane Florence. So, I took my 2-1/2 and 4 year old nephews to the new library on Route 9. They had a blast! It was so much fun. We read books, played and educational game on the PC, played with magnetic objects of all of shapes to build their own creations. The library even has a Lego Room that we finally got to, and the kids were filled with amazement and joy. What a wonderful outing! I am so happy they got to experience going to the library. Prayerfully going to the library will be just as fun when they return to NC. What a treat!

Best place on planet earth. I come here to read next to the windows. The architecture is amazing. The staff members are very nice. The security guards always say hello. There’s a strong sense of peace when you walk through these doors. I wish I discovered libraries earlier in life. Libraries are the centerpiece of any community, and this place is perfect for new castle. If you’re bored with life and stuck in a rut, visit this library and you’ll find a new path in life.

This library has it all! Tons of books and media, computers, Maker Space (with 3D printers, laser cutter, sewing machines, etc.), friendly, helpful staff, and plenty of parking.
