This is the Best library in all of Delaware county! Besides having a large selection of books for infants through adults, they offer so much more. Their kids storytime is Amazing!!!! Very fun and interactive for the little ones. People come from all over the county to attend. They have a wealth of information sessions on topics for adults as well as adult friendly activities. They have museum passes and cake pans! They really strive to meet the needs of their community. The new space is beautiful. Can't say enough good things about this place

They did henna program for kids.(as it says on the website)I registered online a month a go. When I entered the library i was shocked! there were all teenagers around! I asked one of lady who is in charge Can you separated kids and teens?And she said it is actually teen program.we put "all ages" by mistake and turn back their faces. This is ridiculous!it is torture for my kids waiting at least 30 people before them( program started 5:30 I was here 5:32). They are ignoring and not helpful staff at all. The library is gorgeous and well stocked with computer terminals, the newest books, dvds, & video games. The new center is really spacious and a nice change. The one thing I agree with a few other reviewers is this; some of the staff is super rude and dismissive. They Honestly, there are two women who just take the whole atmosphere down and I try to avoid them like the plague. They both have dark hair and glasses one is older and the other is middle aged, maybe the manager or head librarian. I have been subjected to their nastiness and watched countless others be treated horribly by them. If you don't like people dont work with the public. It's a shame because the other people are so sweet and helpful and I go out of my way to wait for one of the other staff to help me.

Not only is this the Ridley Township Library and Municipal Bldg. It is one of the best birding areas, between here and the Wawa we are able to see Southbound Geese, Red Tail Hawks, Vultures, Woodpeckers, Juncos', Robins, Finches and my favorite Starlings, sparrows and mourning doves!

Love the new library that opened on April 30, 2018. More spacious and very modern. There are many computers available and comfy seating options such as sofas. There's also a private room for study groups and an additional conference room. The children's room is large and kid friendly. The only request would be more tables for individual study options. 2 more tables could be put against the back wall by windows for private study and work.
