Wonderful staff. Horrible horrible horrible building layout. It is the loudest library I have ever been in. There is truly one location for quiet, and its a separate room with one table in it.

There's no way to report online if there is a problem with a title. I got a book on CD that is so scratched it won't play. The previous library system I lived in had an online option that allowed you to report a problem and request another copy be put on hold. I called this library to try and get this done but never received a call back.

Typically like this place but for some reason the scanner printer and all that other stuff shuts down 15 minutes before they close. I wish I knew that before I drove all the way to Milton. Maybe changing the hours would be helpful or making this policy where to the general public when doing quick searches.

Story time with Ms Sarah was FABULOUS!! She's excellent at reading the stories and interacting with the kids. She has superior crowd-management skills which helps when you have a large crowd of preschoolers!!
