I agree with Michael Smith. I've been going to this library for 35 years as a summer resident, and I've seen them enlarge their facility twice. Each time the people working there have become less friendly and some have been downright snobby.

I was against building a new library at first, but this place is nice and good selection, access is a little tricker than before but oh well, it is wonderfully built and not at all an eyesore on a busy road. I love they saved the old building for a museum

Beautiful building inside and out. Very limited selection of books. The employees aren't helpful at all. As if there being bothered when you ask a question. Also if your not a local, you don't exist.

I had really hoped with the new library that there would have been some much needed expansion of the hours. I think the current hours are more about what the staff likes rather than what their customers would find compatible with busy lifestyles. Need more weekend hours please including Sunday.

The library itself is great... beautiful and spacious. Having said that, the hours are not practical and I find the staff quite rude and unfriendly.
