Decent kids activities and cute kids area. The staff are really friendly.

The facility is nice, but the staff is really aggressive and rude about closing. The library posts it on the door. They announce it at 4:30 PM, 4:45, PM, 4:55 PM, and then some of the staff are doing the little passive-aggressive act of shoving in chairs, making noise, staring at you, and telling you they close in 15 mins at one point. Clearly they don't want to work. Unless I am brain-dead, I know from all the times you have not too subtly, hinted at it. I always leave before they close. Funny Hockessin Library announces it once, and they manage to close on time. Find someone who actually isn't watching the clock.

Beautiful modern building, plenty of parking, and very helpful library staff. A bit far from where I'm at now but when I used to live near Kirkwood Library, I'd go there quite a bit.
