Worst library ever, the mare existence of customer service does not exist at this branch. There printers are always down , and when they do work and your documents are not printed properly , they take no responsibility , claiming you 've already used the paper, so my question is the 25 cents you charge for the paper or the printing , I can very well take my on paper for printing, but then there ill be some other nonsense of an excuse not to take responsibility for defective equipment, and why not inform those waiting for a computer in advance that your printers are down.

I'm there Daily..Almost every employee calls me by name. They watch the children to make sure, no predators are in the vicinity. Very homey once the employees get to know you.At first I encountered what I thought was rudeness of laziness, and some employees demenour can use a kick in the ass, but all in all I believe that due to pay scale, boredom, and repetetiveness of the position... Think about it. Been attending since 1980. Some librarians are better than others every where I go....internet there won't allow me to download music which sucks...

Always courteous to me... very calm library, even with children...some places after school can get unruly...not here Deserves a 5 star review because it fulfills all of my needs, with respect.
