Only one complaint the internet isn't always the best.. it randomly kicked me off twice when taking an important assignment. Besides that, a great place to read, study, get help with taxes, areas for kids; this place is awesome. Love the library. <3 Don't for get about the games, movies, and music.

This library is fantastic! They are active in all kinds of organizations hosting a variety of events for those of differing persuasions! Everything from anime cosplay groups, backyard chicken raising groups, Kennel Club, gardening club, artists, Etc! We all gather here for events! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Bathrooms in the entire building are kept nice and clean :-)

If you all allow taxes to be done in your library you all need to announce to everybody that they AARP stops 30 minutes prior to there end time. That was a real inconvenience I experienced. Every year I go through some kind of trial with them. Fix hat crap and I'll give a 4 next time.

I go to this library at least twice a week. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, and the place always feels inviting. I love the self-checkout and the self-serve tea and coffee. And of course, it's a given that their book selection is great and I love their painting books. There are more than a few that have been added to my collection of favorites. I couldn't recommend this library enough! I love it even more than the library in Little Rock.

Visited yesterday for a library card and to learn about resources. Library staff is SO helpful. Showed me the current calendar and pointed out an upcoming Watercolor class. Something I have been wishing to do! I signed up immediately.

We are residents of Hot Springs Village (HSV) who wanted to use the library for research. The Garland County Library website states that residents of both Garland and Saline Counties may get a library card. We live in the portion of HSV that is in Saline County so we went into the library and had no problem getting a library card. However, we were placed on a three-week "probation" during which we could not use the library. We are completely baffled by what use those three weeks were and for what reason we were on probation. Dutifully, we waited the three weeks then drove back to Hot Springs to do the research which included requesting an inter-library loan already cleared with the Missouri Historical Society, a fact shared with the Garland County library when the library card was obtained. We were told that as Saline County residents we were not allowed to use inter-library loan services as those were only for Garland County residents! No where on the Garland County website is this "policy" stated. The library card was handed back to the librarian as it is of no use to us with restricted services.

Clean & friendly library. I wish libraries were more commonly used for school age kids nowadays.The internet takes away from having to go into the library & have an experience. This location offers a lot of programs, assistance, CD's, DVD's, internet, etc....

Some staff are friendly, DVD and Blu-ray sections need to be more organized and I suggest to put new reseleased movies in separate shelve or display. Kids section needs more interactive toys and new ones.
