This is the best library around. It is AMAZING. The kid's area is by far one of the best things to do in Fayetteville with your kids. There are educational computer games, tons of books, puzzles, and a touch screen game "tablet" (???) that you can play air hockey (and other games that I can't remember right now). There are rooms you can reserve upstairs for studying. You can grab a cup of coffee and snacks from a local coffee shop on the first floor. There are awesome swings and chairs outside that you can chill and relax in and you can't beat the view. There are also tons of DVDs for all ages. There are also tons of events held here every week from magicians for the kids, to public discussions, book clubs, and anything in between.

I pretty much live here. It's pretty awesome, front desk girl needs to get rid of her stank attitude tho.

The Interlibrary loan department has been absolutely phenomenal. All the staff I’ve talked to have been friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help.

Very quiet place.

I've had the opportunity of visiting several libraries across the country and this is honestly one of my worst experiences ever. Firstly, how do you have a library when students, researchers and members of the community, can not find a convenient space to park their vehicles in order to access the wealth of knowledge it holds within its walls? It honestly defeats the purpose of acquiring knowledge... For all the time I went to this library, even on weekends and when I tried to get in almost an hour early before it opened, I always struggled to find a parking space or had to pay for one in most cases. Students usually had to park their car at Dickson, the stadium area or behind the chemistry laboratory and sometimes walk up to 15 minutes in order to come study in the building. This is really honestly appalling. Even the paid packing spots are often not even available on some days. The library is pretty okay, and has a rich store of academically inclined materials, although the study area could be improved in several ways. Most importantly, if you do not know the area very well or not set to pay for parking. Kindly do not waste your time driving here, you may spend more time driving around trying to find a parking spot than actually studying.

Huge & very nice library at the University of Arkansas. Large areas to study. Literally every book you can think of or want for a research project. They also have a great inter library loan program if they don’t have a book. 4 stories including the basement. Historical documents are in the basement level. Also have a movie section in the basement level. Awesome library for studying or a book for any class/subject.

It's pretty dirty not like garbage everywhere but you can tell it hasn't really been cleaned (like wiped down, sanitized) in months if not years. It's usually a good place to study I spend hours here every week but good luck finding a seat around finals time. And beware the gaggles of girls who sit and talk and talk and talk because they didn't see the quiet study signs posted in a variety of places (if anyone reads this a librarian walking around to kick people out for being loud is 12 out of 10 recommended) and be careful of the bros who gather around to hit their juuls they get pretty chatty too but I must admit it's more interesting to listen to Brad talking about how "hyped up he is on adderall" than Becky complaining about "how like unreasonable her like professor is" because even though she hasn't gone to class in six weeks she doesn't understand why she can't get an A in the class even if she gets 100 on the final (like that was a possibility anyway.) I guess I should stop using this as an excuse to procrasinate now 3/5 stars until my librarian bouncer is implemented.
