It’s not a library, people speak loudly and there isn’t any power outlet near tables and desks if you have your own laptop. In the morning, I asked one of their staff and she told me that I can use the extension cord under their computers. I also got her permission for using one of their monitor as an extension for my laptop monitor. But in the evening one of their staff told me “I’m not supposed to plug my laptop there Or use their monitor” very very rudely. I told her that I don’t like doing anything without permission and whatever I did was with permission”. But she didn’t apologize and just told “their staff might be new there and doesn’t know about the rules”

The workers are mean.They make you go to a program even if you have a project,or homework .the guard alwas picking with children,and also cussed at my daughter

Seems everytime I am in this branch of TMPL, and the clock strikes 3, a drove of elementary students arrived and it's a free for all. No adult supervision. I actually saw a student with scissors cutting the monthly magazines. Even though this branch is close to me I don't dare go in the afternoon. Please hire more staff or check the camera's to weed out the trouble makers. JEB

Came in today. Staff and security have no control over loud, after school children. Kids literally laughing in their face when ask to lower their voice or sit down. Security standing around looking half sleep doing nothing about the noise. Not a good day for me to get work done. Or maybe I should come at a earlier time.
