I will definitely be going back! Clean. Friendly. Good size for a small city. The kids section is adorable and there is a lot for them to do and play with. My little one loved story time.

Bad service and NOT friendly. Went to my public library to make a copy but unfortunately was told "we have to make them for you." I'm not comfortable handing over personal documents to a stranger to be copied. Copier located behind their desk, price is .10 which is great but she kept saying "no one is allowed back here." I just wanted to make my own copies, I pump my own gas, buy my own groceries but am not allowed to make a copy? She then coldly said "have you tried Post Net, excuse me have you tried Post Net?" I left without responding. Sad, very sad. That was a suggestion? Wow, that delivered like "if you don't like us GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!" Sorry that's not good enough. Be kind, be helpful, apologize. If a service isn't working at the library, fix it. So move the copier and develop a way for people to make a copy. Or suggest they go to Hoover Library where copiers available are not located behind desks!! Just do your job better!
