This is a nice neighborhood library...my only problem is with the computers. They are very busy and need more of them. The library itself is small, so not a large selection of books. The people all seem nice though so I enjoy coming here

I have visited this location twice in two days. Both days the noise level was closer to a Starbucks than a library. It would be nice if the staff had control of this.

It's too bad this is the closest library to me... I've had several poor experiences here lately. It's the inadequate facility & patrons, not the staff, that I consider to be the problem. A nearby high school means lots of loud kids after school. Also other disrespectful adults carrying on long cellphone conversations and tudoring sessions going on in a tight area of the only available tables. Quiet rules are respected pretty well in the room with public PC's, but the rest of the place could be mistaken for a frat house scene. ...and finding a satisfactory place to plug-in a laptop, or winning the lottery... which will happen before I'm dead? Oh, the book collection, you ask? I suppose people do still look at those in libraries on occasion... the selection is just o.k. Of course with the Jefferson Cnty Library Cooperative's sharing program, you have fairly convenient access to a vast library.

Been going to this library since I was a child. Even tho the area has gone downhill, it still provides a great service to the community. Hope it lasts forever

We regularly frequent both this and the Hoover Library because they are our two favorite in Jefferson County. Springville Road has fantastic programs for children, wonderfully interactive and helpful librarians, and a solid selection in a pleasant atmosphere.

Needs have more time on computer if you got school work to do. Most of staff will not give you extra time they wanted you off when your hour up

My Grandbaby love going to the library with the other kids and doing their Active he loves it and what make him happy make me happy
