I picked up my suit from this place and it smelled like smoke and mildew. It came back dirtier than when I dropped it off. I had dropped off my suit in a zippered garment bag. I asked where that was and the attendant pointed to the trash heap. Sure enough, it smelled like smoke too. Also, the name of this place is deceiving. They do not do one-hour service (as the name implies) and charge extra for same day cleaning. I wish I had asked for my money back. Do not recommend.

This place is absolutely a horrible place to go, the older guy there is a complete a**hole. They should change there name to three week cleaners. I do not recommend this dry cleaners to anyone. They have lost some of my military uniforms, your clothes smell like smoke, and your clothes are 9 times out of 10 wrinkled up.

I have always had good luck with these folks. They try to go a little bit further to serve the customer. The new red cover/bags are a nice touch. I have used them for nearly 5 years now. Only thing is they don't do one-hour cleaning.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I called to get a quote on a king comforter because it has dog hair on it and the young lady who was actually pretty nice on the phone says $30 unless it’s really bad, and I told her it was because my dog sheds a lot. She told me it would have an extra charge which I was ok with, so I bring it in and the older man there was like it’ll be an extra $15 to get all that dog hair out and I very politely said, oh that’s fine with me and he said it’s not fine, now that dog hair is going to be all over my store.... So I told him , I was told over the phone by the young lady that it was ok and that’s the only reason I brought it in, he then told me well I didn’t speak to him and I said correct I already told you I spoke to her and if it was that big of a deal I could take it elsewhere and he huffed and said well no one else will take it and he’ll do it for $55... JOKES on him, Elite cleaners said they’d do it for $20 and I will tell everyone I know NOT to use that joke of a facility!
