If you’re wanting stains removed I wouldn’t recommend them. Ive used numerous Dry leaning companies across the country. Its cheaper to have stains removed through dry cleaning rather than replace jeans monthly due to rodeo arena dirt and grime. I had taken the wife and mine Letter Jackets to get Cleaned. The cuffs on the sleeves had normal smaller stains we wanted removed. $90 later we get them back 5 days late and the stains are still there. I call and I’m told they don’t guarantee stain removal. Hmmm. That’s a first. Plus they said that we should have Been told up front. So basically the aren’t a true Dry Cleaning service. Just an over priced vacuum detail service. My next trip will be to FT. Collins to get the stains removed at a place I know can do it. I just like to keep it local for local companies. Not in this case.

For a dry cleaner that is the only game in town, they act like Avis: Always striving to be number one. Excellent service (particularly the drive-through) and outstanding staff. High recommended!

Very poor communication. I was told twice in one conversation with the manager "Saying 'starch' to us means 'No starch' -if you want starch, you have to ask for "Medium starch" Also, the ironing on our Thanksgiving linen tablecloth was the worst job I've ever seen from a professional, they apparently don't have a mangle to do flat work. It looks like it was done by a rookie with a flat iron. Down to Earth has a great advantage in being the only dry cleaner in town, but they'll have to brush up their skills if they want to be the best dry cleaner in town.

Down to Earth has cleaned my dry clean only bedding for a few years. They are consistent and timely. I would recommend them to any one in the market for a dry cleaner.

If you need a dry cleaner in Laramie look no further. They are friendly with fast turnaround times. Other than dry cleaning I took some items in to be altered. I was very happy with the outcome (my husband is a wee bit picky) and they remembered to return the decorative pins I used to mark the hem!! Will return when in Laramie!

I worked for them for a time and I was always proud of the job we as a company did. That is why I chose to work for them and not, say, Walmart! I need to work for a company that takes pride in what they hand to their customers, and Down to Earth Dry Cleaning does just that.

Good for all your needs. Reasonably priced and quick return time

Even for a small town the prices are quite steep. 7$ for a womans shirt is crazy. This is especially true with a 2 day turnaround. As for quality, the clothes were cleaned as we expected when we got them back. I would reccomend them on quality but NOT on price.

The old lady that runs this place is very rude . She has NO respect for her customers and she is not the person who I want handling my clothes , its worth the drive to have your stuff done in another town.

Love them, I get my laundry professionally done and get to avoid the only overcrowded laundromat in town. It is a little expensive but worth every penny.

Taylor Hancock

Great seamstress.

I would not recommend this dry cleaners to anyone. I have had two bad experiences here. I took my grandsons christen suit there and they put it in a box that had been used and was all bent and torn up....well, by error I also took my daughters wedding dress there to be "preserved" and when I picked it up it was in the original bad I had brought it in and they could not find the veil. In a panic I walked to the back with them to look for it and found it in the original bad it was in. $109.00 later I have a dress and veil that has not been cleaned or "preserved". They obviously do not care about their customers.

I'll start with the positive. I have always had good cleaning done here and friendly staff. Also the manager is wonderful. My negative experience happened with the owner. Unfortunately I had to deal with her over a formal dress I brought in that was ruined during dry cleaning. Lessons I learned: 1. Don't cut out the tags from your garment, and if you do, don't forget to keep it and bring it in to the dry cleaner with you. In one of the owner's verbal attacks against me, she said " You screwed yourself by cutting out the tag!" 2. Don't assume that without the tag that they will know how to clean the item. I assumed they would. I was told after the fact that I should have asked for the manager when I dropped off the dress. She said she would have known the right cleaning method and knew the material type by looking at the dress. Unfortunately someone took it upon themselves to clean it without knowing what they were doing. 3. Watch out! If you don't spend an arm and a leg on a prom dress, the owner considers it cheap, and doesn't care. Owner never once took ownership that they had ruined the dress, instead she accused me of trying to take advantage of her, and blamed the whole thing on the dress being "cheap" ($100 prom dress on sale at Macy's because I had a coupon). She then argued with me about why the dress was on sale, saying that is was on sale because there was something wrong with it! She then proceeded to show me a "$6,000" bedazzled show jacket and said "this is quality". The manager was great and had a complete solution to the problem. She said the best course was for me to replace the dress if possible, as my daughter needed it for an upcoming event. She said she would check with the owner the next day and she would write a check to me. I did end up getting money to replace it, but only after having to stand my ground and being verbally attacked by the owner. She was horrible. I have never in my life been treated like this by a business owner! The manager was the only apologetic one, and it was obvious she felt bad about this whole thing. I'm disappointed that I will now have to go out of town for dry cleaning, as this place is the monopoly in town.

Exceptional staff and services...also major contributors to the community.

It's their very personal and professional service combined with excellent cleaning on time that keeps me coming back. Their prices are competitive to any in the area, even Denver, so they have all my business.

Carrie Yerty

Great service and very customer oriented. My clothes come back looking great. The best cowboy creases I have ever had! On several occasions they have hemmed, fixed buttons, and removed stains that I was not aware needed to be attended to. In addition they are very supportive in the Laramie community sponsoring youth 4-H and sports programs. I highly recommend Down to Earth for any laundry need you may have. They also provide pick up, delivery, drive through, drop off and direct billing options! Love this place!

I have gotten tailoring done here and I've also dropped things off for dry cleaning. The service is quick and friendly. The tailoring was done well and in a timely manner. I needed it finished early and the seamstress worked with me to get it done. I've never had a bad experience here.

Friendly staff and fast service. Took my Argyll jacket & vest and Balmoral Scottish bonnet in on Tuesday and they were ready on Thursday afternoon. The hat looked brand new again. Didn't realize it had gotten so grungy over the years.
