Over half the machines were out of order & the ones being used were by the staff of Dirty Duds that some, sat still for almost the entire time I was there! The older lady who works here got after me for using a rolling basket because I was “holding it too long”, when I had been using it the entire time I was here. There were 2 other “free baskets” no one was using and I wasn’t holding it from anyone who needed it... As for the several other baskets, the Dirty Duds staff had filled with their own things that sat around the whole time until I was ready to leave. Rude staff, gross washers, & so much of the “busyness” here is due to Dirty Duds doing their own thing. I won’t be back needless to say.

Sitting here right now, doing several loads of laundry. We are renovating our house, so our new washer and dryer are not hooked up yet. I needed to wash some sheets, towels, and clothes, and I read a review that said this laundromat was better than the other one. It is overly warm inside. It's only about 70 degrees outside. Most of the seating is right in the sun. There is a small corner that has some fabric chairs, carpet, and a small t.v. All the black fabric chairs have visible stains on them. I finally set the trash bag that I used to bring in my dirty laundry down on the seat. They are out of soap in the m/f bathroom and it obviously hasn't been cleaned recently. No one is walking around wiping anything down or cleaning. They do have a few tables and wifi (though I am using my mifi card). I will be so glad when my washer and dryer are set up. I would hate being a college kid or anyone who needed to frequently use the facilities.

We're full-time RV nomads and I have been in laundromats in nearly every state. This place is above average in that it is clean, priced well and typically not very busy in the morning. The amount of Out-of-Order machines is normal to less than average. Bring a book to add to the Free Library.

I come here every week to do my laundry. It's always hit and miss. Sometimes the machines don't spin out or worse,they won't cycle at all. Today was our last straw. The dryer did not dry our clothes and they wouldn't give us the quarters back to put in another machine. I read some of the other reviews and cannot believe what I read, even one from my own brother. People were saying that there machines work great or they all work and I call them on it. There was 13 machines out of order.

For some reason, I was under the delusion that dryers dry things. Clearly not here. I was also convinced that when a machine says 1 quarter, it doesn't mean $1.50. So thanks for leaving me with wet clothes and an empty pocket. I'll be sure to go somewhere else next time.

The washer I was using broke. So they refunded me the 4 bucks, switched the soaking wet clothes to another one and gave me a drier sheet for the inconvenience. That was nice of them. Could be cleaner but best one I've been to in town.

Very sketchy neighborhood, the gaming system was broke for my kids to use. I asked the attended a question about one of the dryers and she was very snippy with me. A man was attempting to talk to me and my three kids and refused to leave us alone after I asked him too. The attended was watching and just laughing. Made me extremely uncomfortable. I most likely will not be going back unless I hear there is new management.

My opinion only. It is the better choice of the 3 in Cheyenne. It can get pretty hot which is to be expected. Washer range from 4.50 to 2.00. Really big washer to small top loader; if you have comforters they are pretty particular about what washer you can use to was comforters. And oily clothes you have to inquire about which washer to use as also. Certain dryers will take your money at times. The dryer depending on size cost .25 for 5 -7 min. I think....But the workers are good, happy to help. Always busy doing their job! The location is easy to access. You park across the front of the building(which is a really big help). Lots of folding tables and carts. My biggest turnoff is dog hair in washers. The workers will go clean if you ask. But I think that customers with pets that has really long hair(shepherd or husky) type should wipe it out. Another is when you open a washer and it smells like a smoke pit! I use baking soda in all my washes just to combat that!

I come here every week to do laundry and am disappointed every time. Unfortunately, there are not many great options to do laundry in Cheyenne, so we continue coming here hopeful it’ll get better eventually. The staff uses most of the machines to do laundry which I understand, but when the rest of the machines don’t work it’s frustrating! Well over half the machines say “out of order.” It has been this way for months... why are they not being fixed? Also, the machines never accept the quarters correctly, so you are either over charged or trying to put your quarters in for a good couple of minutes while they keep spitting out at you. On multiple occasions we have heard the owner belittle their employees and talk badly to them in front of everyone. The employees are never very friendly either, but working in an environment like this I don’t blame them. It’s too bad for the customers though. I hate to write a negative review, but come on help your paying customers out if you want to keep business.

Very clean inside. 95% of the machines are working during a visit..considering the amount of washers and dryers and use they get..Employees are helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Never had a wait time for a washer or dryer.

I come here every other weekend and it's a great atmosphere. Plenty of washers and dryers. I have only had to wait on line once. It gets really hot in the summer! The staff are very friendly and there is a Boy Scout book exchange inside for anyone who is interested. There are vending machines and games. The only downfall I would say is the cleanliness and smell of some of the washers is hit or miss. Time goes by fast and you get your laundry done in no time.

Washing machines error code out before cycle is done. More than half of the dryers are labeled out of order, the other half flat don't work. I'm taking my laundry somewhere else, even if I have to pay more. They say you get what you pay for, well I just gave a couple of bucks to have sopping wet clothes. Not coming back and telling my rail road buddies to avoid.

The employee was very friendly and helpful. However not all of the machines offer the same features. The place was over crowded, which is to be expected, the vending machine was super slow and took three dollars from me and the toy machine needs to be updated because it took money from me as well.

Prices are good and they have several large machines. They spun out a load for me that didn’t spin out properly in the machine. The owner is rude and unhelpful. One of their dryers severely scorched my white comforter, turning it brown in 10 minutes. When I spoke to the owner she said I shouldn’t dry on high and I shouldn’t have dried it if I didn’t want to risk scorching it. I’ve washed and dried this comforter several times at other laundromats, never has it scorched. I told her I had spent over $150 at her laundry in the last couple weeks between drop off and doing laundry, she did not care. As others mentioned, several machines are out of order. I dropped off laundry at 8 am and couldn’t pick it up until the following evening. Take your money and laundry elsewhere, I will.

This place is never busy which can be good or bad...in this case bad. First, the name is rotten which easily transforms into the place. The staff is Hispanic (I am Mexican so there is no racism here...100% nacido en México ) which shied them away from everyone. Another words, bad customer service; they kept to themselves even when I spoke Spanish to them. The free WiFi wouldn't work. It was too far away and kept kicking me off. The place was very dirty and that's what factors into my 2 stars the most. Flies were everywhere, the carpet reeked, the plastic seats had sweat marks, the hard floor was tracked up, the bathroom had no light so they substituted it with a night light. It sucked being in there. There machines worked which is the only reason I gave it a 2 instead of 1. Overall...I disliked the place.

This place is run down, expensive and the dryer left grease spots on my king sized comforter. So I left it to be rewashed by them, never thinking I would have to pay for it. The signs that say they are not responsible are hard to notice. Sheesh! I had already put a few dollars worth of quarters to dry it. Apparently they get customers that work at the refinery or car repair places in the area and those customers fail to tell the owner they have oily clothes even though there are several signs posted. People these days refuse to take responsibility for what they do. I will NOT go back, maybe the next time someone will have put dye in a machine. Not worth the chance.
