Nice little laundry mat. Staff was friendly and it was very room so you didn’t feel crowded by others. A little expensive for the machines but it is what it is. Would have given 5 stars if they hadn’t charged so much.

This is my second time using the laundry Matt and I have to admit I was blown away. The staff was super friendly they even new me by name. Laundry was done in a timely manner and I am very happy with the out come which goes to show every one deserves a second chance. Thanks you to the lady that helped me today outstanding job. It was my first time, and I was not a happy camper. I wasn't rude nor were the ladies there. I drop my laundry off at 8am, to be picked up hopefully by 3pm, for work at 4pm, via telephone notification. Well, I never received a phone call so naturally I figured it wasn't complete, thank God I had an additional set of clothes for work. So, I went in after my shift at 8am the following day to pickup my laundry and it was still not complete. I had to wait an additional 20 to 30min until it was completed. They didn't offer me a discount or anything, just a simple apology. Now, I not only did I have to pay $27.72 for 18lbs of laundry, it was over 24 hours before I could recieved it. On the good side, they were super nice people working there, facility were clean, and everything seem to function well. However, I definitely would not be dropping off anymore laundry, for the simple fact they didn't offer any type of inconvenience discount and it was clearly apparent they messed up nor, did they offer a number or person to contact about my complaint. Basically it was, I'm sorry Carlos, we never get this busy. I'm not saying don't go there I'm simply saying, I hope your experience is better then mine was.

I had left some clothes in the dryer and I was 1-2 hours away. I called them, spoke to Laverna, and my clothes was still in dryer. They had put it aside for me to pick up the next day. That is GREAT customer service! However, 2 customers took up most of the dryers. I had to wait 20 minutes for one. You would have to go when there is not too many people.

If you work here, then quit or get terminated you get banned from using the laundromat. Wouldn't be so bad except there are 3 laundromats in Casper and these people own 2 of them. The other one is in Mills area. Thought it was just me but other former employees have come forth and said the same thing.

I've been to 3 of the laundromat here and this one is the best. Clean machines, clean restroom, clean facility and great connecting coffee house.

I go here everytime, clean, never crowded. Friendly people and its convenient kum and go down the street, coffee next door or you can even gamble while waiting. Over all couldn't be more happy. Very clean

Good laundry matt, good prices. With an awesome coffee house next door. Wish the game room was open but they're working on it. Perfect place for me to do laundry & enjoy a delicious frappe while my kiddos hang out too. Very friendly employees.

Some woman went in and started claiming dryers before her laundry was even washed. Then got angry when I removed her dryer sheets from the dryers so I could dry my clothes. She had claimed all but 2 dryers and one of them was out of service. There needs to be a sign that says 1st come 1st served, no saving dryers!
