I thought the upkeep of this place was a nice touch. I saw.someome sweeping and it was evident that their garbages were just changed (I accidentally knocked it over with my laundry basket). I had 6 loads to wash and enjoyed using 2 of their large capacity dryers. I would love it if they had softer padded chairs to use while waiting and folding. The cost to do laundry seemed fair.

Poor customer service, owners (apparent owners though not 100% sure they are) are rude, and unpleasant to be around. My wife had an experience where I could over hear the wife dropping expletives over a phone conversation that was highly inappropriate for on site. Today I had an experience where I did something that was against the rules (I used the change machine to get a change for a 5 to use not inside of the store) and was very rudely handled. Normally I would think that it was perfectly justifiable for an owner to be upset for someone to do something against the rules, but there were no signs nor information saying that this was not allowed. I usually spend 100-200 dollars a month at this location. Will not return after this.

I Love this place!! There is a wonderful Lady that works there and is so friendly and helpful, and it is so clean!! You can throw in your wash and walk next door to Cousins or Domino's for a bite to eat. Throw it in the dryer and walk over to piggly wiggly pick up a few groceries and come back and fold and go
