This is a clean, well kept laundromat. The machines work and are up to date. If there is an issue the nice owner is more than happy to make up for the inconvenience of the issue. She has been there when i had a problem with the dryers. She literally paid to dry my laundry. Awesome! I never have a problem with the machines damaging my clothing.

I'm not sure how this place has so many high ratings. Dirty and stinky. Machines are expensive. Will not be back.

We like Southpoint Laundromat because it's clean, well lit, has good prices, security cameras, snack and drink machines, and a bathroom. It's great for third shifters like us because it's always open. We had one time (in more than 52 visits so far) that one of the dryers wasn't drying, but we left a note and were mailed a refund, promply. Great place to do your laundry, and we highly recommend it.

the folks who run the place are great, super nice and kind, only down fall is the people who bug you asking for quarters rather you are inside or outside sitting in your vehicle
