great service from first call I made to inquire about their service and up to delivering rug back to me. extremely personal, professional and courteous. my rug was picked up from, and delivered back to my condo. they did a great job cleaning it. delivery days and times were flexible which was very helpful for me given I work long days.

Premier Rug Washing cleaned five high quality oriental rugs for us along with an Alpaca hide rug. Some of these were very soiled and hadn't been cleaned in years. Some we had taken elsewhere and when they came back, they didn't smell clean, or look clean and the fringe was still dirty. These guys cleaned our heirloom rugs, made some repairs that were carefully done, and now they just glow. They look fantastic, are soft to the touch, and the fringe is really clean. The Alpaca hide rug looks like new and all of them smell fresh and clean. Yes, they are not cheap but they are worth every penny we paid. They were courteous, did the job quickly and had them ready when promised. We will definitely use them again.

I purchased my persian area rug from Serv. They used it on their floor, so it was very dingy and dirty, I got it at a very good price. I read about Premier on the website and decided to take my rug to them for cleaning. To my absolute surprise when I picked it up it looked brand new. Premier Rug Washing did an excellent job with our large wool rug. Our dog had vomited on the rug while we were on vacation and the pet-sitter didn't have much experience cleaning so the stains had soaked in. The owners were very helpful and polite and did a great job with the rug.

Premier washed and repaired an oriental rug that has been used hard, in an office and in our home, for at least 40 years. The fringe was destroyed and the corners made ragged by careless vacuuming (including our own). Trent quoted a fair price for washing and repairing, and I authorized a limited repair to keep the cost down. Trent proceeded with a repair that is more of a restoration, without additional cost, but at, I am sure, considerably more effort. Our expectations were exceeded. Quite satisfied with the outcome here. My young bulldog decided that he disagreed with one of my area rugs, and let me know accordingly. After trying to get rid of the issue myself unsuccessfully I enlisted the help of Trent at Premier Rug Washing. Premier Rug Washing worked miracles on my light colored Turkish hand knotted runner. The rug was heavily soiled due to its location in a high traffic, high use area compounded by my lack of prompt attention to cleaning up spots and dirt. Premier cleaned the rug back to its original color. they were even able to correct color damage caused by another cleaner. My experience couldn't have been more pleasant. FANTASTIC SERVICE AND EXCELLENT WORK!! I brought in a Karastan rug inherited from my in-laws. We had a cat who at it's old age decided it was another spot for her to relief herself. The rug remained very stinky after we had it cleaned in our home by carpet cleaners. After the cat no longer was able to use the rug as another litter box I took it to Permier Rug Washing for desperate attention. Not only did they do a washing and thorough urine decontamination, I had them repair the deteriorating frayed edges. They did a splendid job on all matters. I am extremely overjoyed with the results. My experience with Premier Rug Washing was the worst I've ever had with any local business. The owners are not only unethical but liars. They are extremely expensive and charge 5x the rates of other carpet cleaners in the area and did not disclose a pick up fee of $65. A 3 by 8 rug was nearly $150 to clean and other quoted less than $30. They are RUDE, misogynistic pigs that need to fine another line of work than dealing with the public. If you wanted to be ripped and and verbally abused, go ahead and use them.

With having loved so many rescued animals over the years, (many who came from homes having no potty skills) I am forever thankful for Premier Rug Washing!! I had a favorite large blue rug with a wool backing, I feared I would have to throw it out after my dog made a mess. They came to my home picked it up and washed it to perfection without any toxic leftover smell. I am also especially thankful to Trent in going out of his way when he found a wet spot in my living room carpet in a far corner I hardly ever walked on. It turned out the door near by which was old was leaking! He helped me clear the carpet out of the way so construction workers could replace the wood underlay and give me a new door!

Premier rug washing did a fabulous job on our 15 year old room size area rug. It had never been cleaned before and we have had 3 dogs over those years. Needless to say it was smelly and it felt dirty. I hated to touch it. When I went to pick it up they showed it to me before rolling it up and putting in my truck. It smelled clean, not covered up with some deordorizer but really CLEAN! The soft feel was back too! I am not afraid to have my grandchildren crawl around on it again. Everything was handled professionally but they made me feel like family. This is a great company and group of people.

Affordable, personable, and confident knowing that these 2 men have had many years worth of experience behind them. I had all of my upstairs and downstairs area rugs cleaned, all sizes, shapes, and materials. The rugs were taken to their shop and then brought back in a short amount of time. Several of them were wool and never professionally cleaned before. One rug was a rag rug that my Great Aunt had made, 70 plus years ago which was torn, and they repaired it at no additional charge. They also came to my home and steam cleaned my mattress's (first time ever) and I was amazed at how fresh they looked and a couple of old stains removed. Plus one wall to wall bedroom rug steamed cleaned, which the walk way never looked as clean as it did this time, after being professionally cleaned. Truly a pleasant experience and I will highly and freely recommend their services to others.
