I've always liked this cleaners. I go 20 minutes out of the way to go here. I like that they always honor coupons. There is one young lady that is really pleasant and has great customer service. I wish I knew her name. However, I encountered someone new, like just hired this year, that doesn't say anything when you come in. Update: Today was my last visit to Natural Cleaners. See the pictures of my dry cleaned coat (obviously NOT cleaned) that they were very apathetic about. Cat hair on front of coat (I don't own pets) and back of coat has multiple black balls on it and they couldn't explain where it came from. They charged my 18 bucks for 'cleaning' this coat. I got a refund and just decided to no longer be loyal to a business that doesn't demonstrate better customer service. Always check each item when you leave this place. If you choose to go here. I should've listened to the other reviews. It cost me.

New ownership is poor. I've been a loyal customer of the Natural Cleaners for years at several of their locations. Unfortunately the business was sold to new owners in early 2018. The service has diminished, the employees are dense, and the prices are higher. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

The staff was friendly ,an I truly hate leaving bad reviews but hopefully this can save someone else’s clothing from being ruined .I went to pick up my sweater from the cleaners an it was returned to me with stains on it .Then was sent back to get spot cleaned an it came back two sizes to small .I was very nice about the situation while Mangment (Chad )did nothing.I ask for my sweater to be returned immediately to avoid future damage .An was informed that is was shipped off to a different location.They completely ruined my sweater.An took no accountability for there actions .This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaners .An also traders have a responsibility of care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015”.That sweater meant a lot to me , an I truly thought I left it in good hands with natural cleaners but I was sadly mistaken..( Hales corner location )

While they may have cleaned my item they went out of their way to provide a deficit of customer service. No "hello", no "thank you", no apology when my item was not ready until several days after it was promised. This place runs on an "ugh, what do you want now" mentality and should be avoided. Go some place else where your business is welcomed and appreciated. I'm a firm believer that if you hate what you do for a living do something else and the people here certainly show how much they hate what they do for work.

I always had a great experience at “Natural Cleaners” until last night. I called to find out what time the cleaners closed. They said 7:00pm. I did my best to get there well before 7:00pm. Needless to say, I got there at 6:54pm. As I walked to the door, one of the clerk was leaving and shut the door as she exited. There was another clerk at the counter with her head down. I knocked on the door to get in. As she opened the door I could see she was very annoyed. I apologized several times because I came so close to 7:00pm, but I needed my clothes because I was going out of town the next day. I am relieved that I was able to get my clothes but I felt so uncomfortable. Customer service was not present last night.

I brought my wedding in to be dry cleaned in April to the Wauwatosa location. It was a very delicate and expensive dress. The woman who was working in Wauwatosa was mishandling the garment, so I kindly asked her to leave the dress in the original bag I brought along with the special hanger. I came back in May to pick it up and noticed it was not cleaned properly, there were still a few light stains on the dress so I agreed to leave it there to be reworked. When I came back in June, I was notified it could not be cleaned and that they lost my garment bag and hanger (Which was custom to this dress). After being called a liar basically, saying I did not in fact leave it there, I was told they would review the video footage of the store. When I got a call a few days later, I was notified they in fact could not review the footage and again called me a liar, even though I am 100% certain I left these items in their possession. They also told me they could indeed clean my dress properly. Unfortunately, it was too late. I lived an hour and a half away and was not going to waste by time. I contacted management and received ZERO response. Will never do business with this company again. They also tried to say dry-cleaning a wedding dress with them was cheap and that I was out of line in asking for them to comp this terrible service.
