A scam.u have to get tokens from change machine unless you only have singles. Then when your done .you got these tokens left over .that you have no need for.

I came here today with my tiny one month baby today to so laundry. I am a single mother right now so I'm very grateful for the help I got when I came here from the woman worker. She seen me struggling to put the clothes in the washer while holding my baby crying. She also helped me put in the money & get the change for the wash. Their is a coin machine & a lovely lady here. N huge washers I got alll my laundry in for five bucks which isn't bad for huge washer to do all my clothes. I was worried about coming here because what other wrote but that wasn't true for me thank goodness because we live down the road and walked here w laundry in our stroller so it was perfect !

**Super awesome laundromat! Wifi, cool old school arcade games, vending machines, etc. so bring a lot of quarters when you come! And if you don't have quarters, don't worry, you can get quarters from bills and even debit/credit cards now there! :-D

People are incapable of leaving your clothes alone. Tried to go next door for a bite to eat but apparently you need to stand guard at your washer and dryer. Very definitely would not recommend.

It is what it is: a place to do your laundry! There's a snack and beverage vending machine, plus a Galaga/Pac-Man arcade game. Any time I've had a machine malfunction, I've filled out a slip and was promptly refunded in Maytag money.

Free WiFi and extra large machines are the main pull for this place. Plus it's always clean, and that's a hit-or-miss situation with other laundromats.

Have come to this place a few times and dropped a lot of change. We stopped in to see what we could do with two leftover tokens. It was 95 degrees and so hot that we had to sit down before asking the attendant if we could change them in. Well no need for that. She spotted us sitting there and roared her broom up. The old battleaxe came screaming over demanding that we leave. I ask you, who in the hell would want to be in a laundromat unless they are doing laundry or have a question. Wouldn't answer about the tokens, and instead twisted her face, and it was scary. I'd watch out in this place.

Great facility. Had to use it to wash a large amount of specialty items. Most of the machines for tokens take a credit card, which was really helpful. There's a full-time staffer there to keep the joint clean. All the machines I needed were available and working. There's also free wifi.

They still take quarters which can be annoying but its much better then the dang cards most places use. nice staff, clean area, big huge washers and dryers that actually dry without taking forever. i would recommend this place to anyone needing to use a laundromat...

Clean place. Sufficient coin operated washer n dryers of different sizes. They have an ATM to get cash for coins but it would Be nice if they had the ability to use a card directly for coin and/or app running washer/dryers like some have nowadays. Wish for little later hrs for us folk that can't get there in ample time because of working during the day. Still satisfied with this place!

Big washing machines and dryers is nice, however the cost to get comforters fully dried is higher then most would like. A little on the expensive side for a laundromat but all in all it is worth it.

We had 3 blankets that were too big for our washer/dryer units at home, so we came here. My dad is visually impaired and while he would have been able to do it himself, the owner helped him along the way. She is a very sweet person and I will definitely return.

Horrible experience. Do not go here. The staff will handle your laundry, put it in their nasty metal carts, things will go missing, and then they will be super rude to you about everything. Do not go here. Seriously. Don't.

The one in Superior is a good place to do laundry. In Duluth however, it is questionable the location is in the east hillside neighborhood and seems to be a haven for drugs. I have seen people come in and use in the bathroom. It does have security cameras but still makes a person uncomfortable

This laundromat is a joke, very expensive, be sure and bring your coins because none of the coin change machines work, almost everything out of order. They have a sign saying " no public restroom " well no customer restroom either.. Out of order!! Drop off laundry service but nobody attending so good luck with that too!!

Clean well it and easy to get to. Large enough that you aren't battling for washers or dryers (unless you go in Wednesday). Equipment is kept in good repair. Honestly, if give it 5 starts, but it is the most expensive Laundromat in the city.

I do laundry for my family of 4 once a week for a smooth $15.00 using the X-Lrg machines. The machines are easy to use, unless you are short. Putting in the soap requires me to reach and I'm 5'6'', mind you I am using the tall Xlrg machines. The other machines are much lower. I sometimes every splurge and get the superload cycle for an extra 2 bucks, or 1 buck if your using the lrg machine etc. I have never had any issues here. You can bring a debit/credit card and use a nofee change dispenser for 10 or 20 dollar withdrawals. I always grab 20 bucks, its usually enough. There is an arcade game there, vending machine with snacks, and drinks. Plenty of tables, rolling baskets, and even a machine that dispenses laundry detergent, bags, fabric sheets etc. Funky parking, but it works. I would recommend backing into a spot if parking up to the front. Some wide cars make it difficult for door space.

Brought my cloths here with my mom and for some ungodly reason all of our cloths stank afterwards. We did not stay to dry our cloths there and it is quite disgusting that our cloths now smell this bad after spending a lot of money to have them washed. I dont recommend going here if they are washing someone elses cloths because apparently they all share the same water.....
