I took several pieces of clothing to Westco Martinizing Dry Cleaning and they lost two expensive men's shirts. They found one of the shirts after looking for two weeks and asked me to provide a purchase receipt for the missing shirt. I did so and when I returned to fill out a claim form they denied losing the shirt. I was informed that "They do not lose clothing". The fact that they returned one of the missing items indicates that they indeed misplace items. They refuse to pay for the missing shirt and I feel robbed. If you want to keep your clothing, don't take it here! I was quite upset when I left the establishment and the manager yelled after me,"Have a nice day". This was uttered in a mean way when she knew that there was nothing I could do to receive compensation for their incompetency.

Seems like it was cleaned but it still has hair and plenty of lint. It is expensive to get coats cleaned might as well buy new jackets/ coats. Not worth to get dry cleaning.

I get all my pants and shirts done here. The have very knowledgeable staff. the clothing is done correctly and on time; they can rush some iteams too. They also did a great job with my wife’s wedding dress.

I sent a $500 sleeping bag (Blue Ice "50 below") to be cleaned and they completely ruined it. The outside has been melted! Now they are telling me that they can only repay 20% and they keep the bag. I is going to cost $780 to replace!!

Great location. Easy in-out parking. Friendly employees, and The Price is Right. Next day service was excellent. Dry cleaning and iron with lite starch was the order and front button down long sleeve shirts with collars were perfect. Finished on a hanger and protected from the heavy snowfall with transparent plastic cover-bag. The new building is less than half a block from the main drag, COFFEEN STREET, and is on the corner with signage and is easy to find. I bought hyped up irons before but never found one that made ironing and starching easy like advertised, some are very expensive. If you like to wear pressed shirts and pants then come here. Even hand ✋ me downs look great when iron & starch is applied. Have you never seen a well pressed Hobo? That's me and I'm look-in good.

I had an item that I took in that was not available when promised, they didn't tell me how much it would be when I dropped it off and when I asked they weren't positive of the cost, and when I called during normal working hours on two occasions they just let the phone ring.....and I let it ring over 20 times. I won't use them again.

First time experience was fine. No problems. Fair prices. Dry cleaning done in a timely manner. Staff is so-so. Second time, safety-pinned my $100 skirt made of taffeta (heavy material) to the hanger. **I got this skirt cleaned by them the first time, too, and it was properly hung with plastic clips** Left the material ripped with small holes. Why pay dry cleaning service if the cleaners are just going to ruin it? Will try some place new.
